I was looking for used Jeep dealership West Palm when I almost by accident stumbled upon Arrigo Palm Beach. I was very glad I did. These guys were very good at what they do, and I don't mean being pushy car salesman. I mean they answered my questions, showed me cars that I could afford and helped me with the financing without taking me for a ride. and speaking of rides, I am now the proud owner of great used Jeep that is a pleasure to drive.
When Looking for a good used truck it can be time consuming. I found a place that can cut down the time for you called Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. You're guaranteed to find what you are looking for at their dealership if you take a trip down there. All their trucks are in great shape and sell for a great price.
It is not always easy to go to a dealer to get a part for an older model car. I usually have a salesman try to sell me a new car instead of the part I just want to buy. So imagine how I felt when I went to Arrigo Dodge Parts Department and was taken care of very well. It was a relief to be able to find the part I wanted from the dealer and not leave feeling like I was just put through the ringer for not wanting to buy a new car, just a part for my used car.
I bought a car from Arrigo and the Carfax report on the car window stated one owner. I asked the salesperson for a copy of the Carfax report. The salesperson hussled in the manager to negotiate the price before he produced the CarFax report. The actual Carfax report has more detail than the highlights on the car window and indicated the one owner was actually a rental company. This is why Arrigo has many one year old used cars at around 36,000 miles (the magic number when the warranty expires). Be sure to get the full CarFax report from them before they try to negotiate price. They also don't clean the cars very well and sell them with dings, pings and minor dents, which is surprising for a 5 star dealership. In step two the finance manager will try and make-up for whatever price break they gave you in the car cost negotiation on the finance rate by telling you your credit score isn't that great. Make sure you know what the buy back range of the car is for the dealer before you get there because these folks move fast. Good luck!
I took my jeep there.. had major engine problem at 56,000 miles. Ive never had a service department treat me so well ever.. My car was repaired 2 days ahead of schedule, and the schedule to do a complete valve job on my car was agressive to begin with.. 4 days. There is a guy there named John North- from moment 1, that guy put a chain of events in motion that looked like surgical efficiency- all the things needed to fix my car were done like dominoes falling in sequence.
Absolute best service Ive ever had. I dont even know if the coffee in the waiting room is any good.. I was in and out of there so fast I never got a chance to try it :)
I highly recommend these guys
