The most frustrating experience ever. My car was hit & run and Geico recommended taking it here since they have an adjuster on site. I never should have listened. It's been over a week and I still have no car. The body damage was minor. They ordered the wrong rim. They didn't even check the other rim, which turns out also needs replacing...so now I wait EVEN LONGER with NO TRANSPORTATION! They said I could pick it up and drive it until the second rim came in and then they would finish up the repairs, as long as I paid my deductible. What they failed to mention was I needed to bring the check from the original Geico rep from the inspection. Well, I didn't find out I needed that until after I spent over $30 on a cab ride to get there. I feel like for an accident that wasn't even my fault I am being tortured by ignorant minions of hell. They would have to do some serious butt kissing to make me take this review down.

I can't say enough about the quality of work and service that I received at Viverette's Paint & Body Shop. I took my car there at the recommendation of insurance company. During the repair, Viverette's called me to update me on the car, I never even had to call them. When I arrived to pick up my car I was incredibly happy with the quality of work. My car looked as it had never even been in an accident.
Now I am going to save up some money to get a couple of other things fixed (like when my 2 year old thought it would be "pretty" to draw on the side of my car with sidewalk chalk).
Overall, great service and amazing quality of work.

Unfortunately, in my years off driving, i've been to numerous body shops around the country. Some were my fault, some were not. But i must say out of all the places my car has been repaired at, this was by FAR the best. They kept me informed about every step of the repair that my vehicle went through. As far as the work, it was fantastic. The paint matched perfect with no trash or runs and orange peel was almost non-existent. I also check behind some of the panels (which most people don't even see) and everything was up to par and factory quality, which is were most repair shops cut corners. I can tell that they take pride in there work and genuinely care about the customer. I've read the other reviews and cannot understand how someone could have anything bad to say about this shop. As far as mechanical work goes i cant specify on this shop as they are a PAINT AND BODY SHOP, not a mechanic or tire shop. You have a choice where your car is repaired at, though the insurance company may suggest a place to go, you have the final say-so. At almost all places there are pros and cons, but truthfully i cant think of 1 con, besides the fact that my car was wrecked in the first place. I don't know about others but my experience was wonderful and still to this day no one i have spoken to about viverettes has had anything bad to say, and the ones that do cannot give me anything repair wise that would make them a "chop shop", maybe its something personal. I will be taking this and all the rest of my cars to viverettes, even if the insurance company suggest somewhere else.

After asking for a week and a half that the car be out on Friday and no earlier, they let it out on on Tuesday. Thereby I have the possibility of having to travel 160 miles back to Jacksonville to pick-up my car in the middle of the work week.

Would I recommend these service industry scam-sham artist....no...and no.

That they are the claims adjuster and service shop I am surprised by the conflict of interest allowed by the insurance companies.

This shop is a scam and I highly recommend you go anywhere but here, I have been twice because of people running into my car(s).
Do they treat a return customer well? No they don't listen to the customer, they listen to the scam machine in their head.

Even after telling the lady in the office over and over again that it is more important to find out why the car is making noises and the tempter gage keeps going to Hot then it is to fix the damage to the out side of the car, they still never did anything under the hood, they just did the body work.

When we went to pick it up, my daughter and I asked the lady in the office several time about the noise the car was making and the tempter gage, she said they didn??t hear anything and that they warranty their work. I told her the car was going to brake down on us. Again she repeated herself that they warranty their work. I told her that was great, but she wasn??t going to be in a car that was going to brake down.

Of course, the car broke down a few minutes after we left. The car was still really noisy and the Thermostat went to HOT.

How can they not hear the noise????

They towed it back, filled up the radiator with fluids and then gave it back to us again and said they didn??t hear any noise.

Again I drove it away to have it do the same.

This time, I drove it straight to another mechanic, John??s Park Street Automotive Repair and had the owner, John Fahey, look at it. Soon as he walked to the car, before even getting in it, he said he could smell something. He popped the hood and both of us saw green fluid leaking from the hose to the radiator. Then he drove the car. Before getting reaching 10 miles per hour he said, ??It sounds like your tires are square.? He put the on the racks and we both looked at the tires. Both front tires were new, but they both had one spot on them where they were bold from my daughter slamming on her brakes to try and avoid being hit in the accident she was in. Her tires were round every where but where she slid was flat. That is why they felt and sounded square. After fixing the hose and changing the tires, the car was fine. Guess what, the noise was gone. This Mechanic, John Fahey, from John??s Park Street Automotive Repair, found out what was wrong in a few minutes, and then fixed the problem. He also proved to the Insurance Adjuster that the tires were damaged because of the wreck, which I could not do.

Thanks to John Fahey, from John??s Park Street Automotive Repair, my daughter didn??t have to pay for the tires out of her pocket and her car is finally fixed. I recommend John??s, NOT Viverete??s!!!!
