I had a bad experience with this diagnostic center. I was referred here by my daughter's pediatrician because he requested an M.R.I. of her brain to rule out brain malfunction. The appointment that I was given was 3 weeks from the date that I called, but as nervous as I was about her possible diagnosis that all went away and gave way to anger on the day that I arrived to have her procedure done. After waiting for 1 hour because they were running behind schedule, I was told that the office never got an authorization to have the procedure done. I asked them then why did they call my house to confirm the apointment the day before? The answer was that the apointment desk and the office staff are two different people. So, I'm told to make another appointment and I ask them to direct me to the appointment desk and I am told it has to be done over the phone! So I use their phone and the appointment desk tells me that the earliest appointment is one month away! Meanwhile my daughter health may be deteriorating? After explaining the situation, the appointment desk was not accomodating, so I went to my daughter's pediatrician's office and explained the situation and they called to have an appointment for a sooner date. If anyone has a diagnostic need I would not recommend that they go to Saint Josephs Diagnostic Center. The staff is rude and disorganized and extremely unprofessional.
