Allure Salon

I started coming to Allure Salon because of a promo that they were doing on the UM campus. I called and spoke with Pablo. He was really friendly and patient with me as well as accomodating. I told him that I was really picky with my hair and exactly what I was looking for. Based on that he recommended Alex for me and told me that based on what I had discussed with him Alex would be the best choice. I was surprised at how honest he was with me. He told me that just because he recommended Alex it didn't mean that the other stylist weren't skilled or adequate. He wanted to make sure that I would be with the person that would work best with what I was looking for. I came in and was not greeted with classical music or arrogance(like most other salons). Alex was soooo friendly and honest with me. He gave me a full makeover. He did my full color, highlights, and a haircut and blowdry. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Now, I find any excuse to go in. I have a really good time at Allure. The people are upbeat and energetic without being overwhelming. They know how to make you feel welcome without a hint of snootiness. If you're looking for a great job, fun people and atmosphere Allure and Alex are definitely for you. If you want to be fanned and have phony conversations or deal with hypocrisy, do not go here because I guarantee that you will not feel at home. I LOVE YOU GUYS......

if youre going to provide awful service and then write your own reviews for your own business, have a better imagination to spell 'A LOT' right.

I have to Thank Allure, and their stylist Sonia for fixing my horrible hair color that someone else did.
I swear I felt there was no hope for the nasty orange color that I had. I was recomended to a woman
stylist (sonia) She was so nice and patient with me.. She told me that I would walk out of the salon with beautiful color, not to worry. She kept her promise !!!!! I love my hair again, the color is perfect and my hair is healthy. Everyone in the salon was very nice too, offering me coffee, tea, cookies. All I can say is THANKs
I will be back, and my friends want to go to her too.

and quite possibly your reputation, don't go to this salon. Save your money, and quite possibly, your happiness...

I've been going to Armin for several months and I have ALWAYS loved my cut and color. When I go in I usually just tell him to do what ever he wants, and he knows my hair and he always does something new and hot. I would never think of going to anyone else to get my hair done.
