Every company gets some bad eggs, which I can attest too as a business owner. We were treated exceptionally well as a visitor to the Sarasota area as a renter over the years. They helped us with everything! Above & beyond their job descriptions I can assure you. When we finally decided to relocate to Sarasota, they assisted us in the purchase of our current home and our investment properties. They knew the market and thankfully told us to hold off any additional purchases when they saw the declining market before anybody else did. We are very grateful they did not concern themselves with just commisions, but a long term partnership. We have had superior service in renting our properties and will continue to use Stringer Management. Not many people like to write when something goes well, but many likes to gripe if something doesnt go their way. For that, I want to help even out the playing field for you! Stringer took us to several places that was near the beach and drugstore, within our budget, extremely kind and friendly, I would never go anywhere else

We recently moved to Sarasota and rented an apartment through Stringer Management. Before moving in, our Property Manager, Robin, made sure the house was clean and ready for our move. Not only was the inside of the apartment clean, but she also had the outside of the building, lanai & carport pressure washed.
When I contacted her to let her know the washer & dryer weren't working properly, she had new units in within a couple of days.
All contact has been wonderful and all concerns have been addressed promptly.
I would highly recommend Stringer to all my friends.
