This is a pretty nice apartment complex and not too expensive since it's right by Valencia and still not on too busy of a highway. The rooms are a pretty good size and you feel safe to go outside. I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it but I needed something bigger for my family. But there staff was alway on call and extremly helpful when something broke or if your neighbors were making too much noise. Just all around good management.
PROS: Nice sizes and a reasonable price for rent
CONS: Nothing I can think of
