I've had some luck finding good deals here, they sometimes have displays by the door and on carts around the store of older stuff for deep discounts. Staff on the floor often seem very knowledgeable.

I had a corrupted file error on my computer whenever I tried to install AOL and I went to this Compusa to get it fixed. I went there THREE times. The exact same error kept coming out and they DIDN'T KNOW what file was causing the problem. All they did was restore my system each time I went there. On the third time, they said, "JUST DON'T INSTALL THAT SOFTWARE! THIS IS THE LAST TIME WE'RE DOING A RESTORATION!"

THIS KIND OF SERVICE COST ME $130.

If you want to get your computer fixed, DO NOT GO here. Go to your nearest Geek Squad or some other computer fixer. There are no professionals here and they will treat you like dirt after they find out that they can't fix your computer.
