Terrible
by Luis S.
I bought a Honda Odyssey from Kuhn. Terrible experience - the negotations never end - finally only when I nearly walked out did they get the Sales Manager who closed the deal. Go there if you like to haggle on everything and have lots of time to negotiate. All car dealers negotiate but these guys win hands-down as the best and most intimidating negotiators. Hated the experience. No problem with the Odyssey though - drives like a dream.

Horrible service.
by Kristin S.
I bought a used car from this dealership a few weeks ago. Turns out, the sales person flat out lied to me, would not do anything to mediate my issue, and made me feel like it was MY fault that I took confidence in him in the first place. Also, the paint started chipping after I washed it ONE time (bad touch up paint job???) I would never EVER recommend this dealership in a million years. Absolutely unacceptable.

The truth about this place
by Augusto E.
I have taken my 2 vehicles to this dealer only because warranty or recall issues. First they do not have loaners (I can understand that is not a BMW), they will not wash your car, there're other VW and Honda dealers in town that will do. (And just for that I will take my car to those other dealers). Here is the important issue. One month prior to my warranty expired
I bit the bullet and took the car in for service and I asked to check everything, of course everything was fine. 3 mo later I took the car in to fix a recall (free) and they found 3 things wrong totaling $700 plus they told me I need tires (which by the way they were having a sale on it (??) My car has only 40K, my wife drives it like an 80 year old lady and they said I need to replace an engine mount (wow). On my other car I took it in for a cheap quick fix and they told me that the car had an oil leak (??) I ended up agree in and paid $500 when I got home and took a look at my garage floor not a drop of oil. (??) So, should you take your car there? I will leave you that as homework. . .

Terrible experience: Lemon Law???????
by New C.
I have had nothing but trouble with my NEW car since I bought it a month ago. That may not be Kuhn's fault, but their awful response is their fault. The doors don't lock or won't unlock and the sunroof stays in the open position. When I took my NEW car in for repair they made ME pay for a rental!!! Then they didn't even fix it. They said they fixed the doors but had to order a part for the sunroof. Everything is still broken. Now I will have to pay for another rental! They gave my car back to me filthy with sneaker marks on the inside of the door from someone kicking it open and my carpets were completely soiled. They left a razor blade next to my car seat and a tool of some sort was under the front passengers seat. My child could have found either! I would NEVER go there again for a car due to the horrible service. My car is still broken and I will still be paying for rentals until it gets fixed. After this I will drive to a different VW dealer for service. No doubt they would have to be friendlier and more professional. It couldnt be worse thats for sure.

I went there with my friend while she was shopping for a car and I almost walked out of there with one myself. The salesperson was so knowledgeable about the car. He did this awesome demonstration about all the features of the car we were looking at. He even put his full weight on a door and jumped to show how strong the car is. Their waiting area is great and they have coffee too. Everyone was really nice and the salesperson was not pushy at all.

When I was shopping for a VW I went to Kuhn and was really pleased with the salesperson and selection of vehicles that they offered. I did not feel as if I was being high pressured and appreciated the product knowledge of the sales person. I have also had very good service from their service department.

I own a VW and I take it to Kuhn to get any type of work done. They offer the best service and they take care of you. The waiting room is the best. They have a special room so that you can do work on a laptop, they have a coffee machine which offers all flavors of coffee. They also call you after you have left to find out if the service was good. Great place to have your car worked on.

DO NOT USE THE HONDA SERVICE CENTER
by AJBFSU
I have yet to have a positive experience with the Kuhn Honda Service Center. I go only for Manufacturer Recommended Maintenance, but I have now stopped going there for that as well. Every time I go in for something simple, they try to get me to buy more than I need. For example: Every time I bring the car in (normally twice a year) they say I need new tires. So, I purchased new tires from them, and wouldn't you know it...6 months later I come back in and they say I need new tires, again. When I told them that I had just purchased new tires from them 6 months ago (plus I only drive 4 miles to work) their excuse was that the tires were not balanced and rotated properly and the alignment was off, causing the tires to wear unevenly...but they are the ones who balance/rotate/and align my tires. So does that mean they are not doing their maintenance correctly? Confused? I know I was. Do not go there unless you want to get screwed.
Pros: Nice waiting room and night drop-off.
Cons: Rude Staff, No Free Loaner Cars, High Prices
