I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 Lariat, from Jeff B. at Flammer Ford. I have to say that I haven't "EVER" had that much fun buying a new vehicle...and I've bought quite a few. I expected the usual "Ferman" car selling tactics, and instead, was pleasantly surprised when I realized that Flammer adheres to a higher standard. I visited 4 or 5 dealers, and did my homework, and the Flammer family went all out to make me feel comfortable, and at ease. What a pleasure. Professional, knowledgeable, and just plain real nice people. Do not make the mistake and pass this dealership by, they have my vote !!!

After a so-so experience at Countryside Ford, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I found myself at Flammer Ford . I had to take my car in for some routine maintenance and dealt with Robert Bender. He explained to me everything that needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He was very adamant on keeping the lines of communication open and told me that when I came to pick up my car it was important that he was there so we could meet in person. Now that is enhanced customer service. Even if you don't but your car here i recommend Flammer Ford for Service.

Hello Mr. Flammer,

I wanted to let you know that I am very dissatisfied in dealing with your company and the new car that I recently purchased.

On February 19th I purchased a new, 2011 Ford Focus from your dealership. Although I was pleased with Doug Gerhardt, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, my issues began shortly after I began using the car.

I had high expectations that this new vehicle would be a great car for me, as I travel about 1,000 miles a week for my job. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I started to notice within a week's time that intermittently the car would not start properly. As a female driver, this was not a very good feeling, especially for someone who drives very long distances. I made a service appointment as soon as I could get the car into your shop. The morning of March 11th the car was brought in by my boyfriend. Unfortunately, after he waited in the lobby for over 4 hours without any word about the car, he decided to check to see what was going on. No one could give him an answer, finally, he found someone and was told that my new car had to have a part ordered and it wouldn't be ready anytime soon. Disappointed in the fact that a brand new car had to have a replacement part, and that he had waiting all morning only to learn that my car wouldn't be ready, he left the car and got a ride home. He never received a call that day letting me know when the car was done. I called first thing on Saturday morning and was told it was ready for pick up. After picking up my car, I was hoping this was my last time dealing with any of these types of issues since that's part of the reason I purchased a new car to begin with.

Unfortunately, it was not the case. After getting my car home and letting it sit in the garage for a few hours, I went out to run another errand and guess what.........it was doing the same thing again! Frustrated, I had my boyfriend call your dealership to complain. Not a good thing, as this only increased our level of frustration after speaking with the manager on duty - the used car sales manager. He actually thought it was funny that we were complaining about the issues of a brand new car. Needless to say, I thought I would attempt another return to your dealership to get the starting issue resolved because it has been very frustrating owning a new car that won't start. Not to mention embarrassing when you friends in your car and it doesn't start and they question "but this is a new car" and you have to tell them yes - from Karl Flammer Ford!

Well, again returning to your dealership was not a smart choice. My boyfriend arrived early this morning, only to be told he did not have a service appointment, when he had spoken with Bob Wallace earlier this week to set one up. THEY COULD NOT EVEN FIND MY NAME IN THEIR COMPUTER AS A PAST CUSTOMER!! He was told to return at noon and they would take him in. So he did but when he returned, they would not give him a loaner car to get back to work. He spoke with Bob Wallace again who had leaned on my car and said "So what's the problem?" with an attitude that was far from good customer service. Needless to say my boyfriend left not happy with the service he had received and chose not to drop the car off for repair.

We have since called Ford's customer relations department and complained about your dealership. We have asked them to PLEASE find us another dealer so we will be using Countryside Ford from here on out. I understand that a Ford Focus is not the most expensive car you sell, but I think a customer is a customer is a customer, no matter how much the spend, they should all be treated fairly. Exceeding customer expectations should be something worth a try with your service department because it is sorely lacking!

A few days after I took home my brand new car the check engine light came on. I called my salesman since he did such a great job selling it to me, very easy going guy and easy to talk to. He told me to bring it in at my convenience and he would let the service department know. I went there after work and the service department was about the close, but they actually stayed an extra hour just to figre out what was wrong with it and luckily it was an easy fix. It's been over six months and I'm still good to go! I just reommended this dealership to my cousin who just moved in the area and yesterday called me and said he's never had such an good experience too! I was happy to have made a good recommendation

Buying cars is like going to Disneyland for me. The excitement of buying a new car is always invigorating, but salesmen reminds me of really, really annoying long lines for a roller coaster ride. However, when I stopped by Flammer Ford it was like I was a VIP and they served me hand and foot, I??ve never had such service from even a 4 star restaurant. I really needed a new car and when I stepped on the lot, their Explorer really caught my eye, I test drove about 5 of them and I have to props to Jim for being so patient with me, he even let me test drive the last few myself. I finally picked the car I was most excited about and I??m very pleased to get to drive it home with no problems. There was little wait for finance, but I was distracted by their amazing LED flat screen and pretty good coffee.

I'm am so clueless when it comes to cars, so my trusty boyfriend had to come car shopping with me and he said we should check out Karl Flammer Ford where his dad just bought a car. While I was checking out the coups, my boyfriend started speaking to the salesman about how I could trade in my old car, how much I can afford and the safest car in my price range. I was so stoked when I found out that the Focus Coupe was perfect for me! The test drive was so much fun, but there was a little wait for finance, but they have an awesome television and delicious coffee! So I didn't really mind, especially since my beau was there. All in all, it took me about only a short few hours, which didn't even feel like 1/2 hr. I def. recommend this place if you want a great and fun car buying experience!

Actually had a GOOD experience buying a car here. I am stoked with my brand new Focus and even more stoked about my monthly payments. I don??t know what the finance department did, but I am paying about 120 dollars less than I expected which saves me a bundle. The whole buying experience was very easy when you have a salesman who actually knows what he??s talking about. But I gotta tell you, Karl Flammer Ford really knows what??s going on.

Buying a car is such a drag. However, my co-workers told me to check out Karl Flammer Ford and so glad I did! I bought a Focus for under invoice, I didn??t even know you could do that. I really appreciated their service because not only did they not hassle me for more money, they actually saved me quite a bit of money. They really helped me out a lot and I feel as though I am much more confident when I make my next purchase and for sure I will be coming back!

Dropped car off due to engine noise, like a constant whining. Rude staff during the drop off and rude staff when picking up the car. Took 30 minutes to pick up car due to staff's inability to bill correctly. Got in car to leave and the noise is STILL there! Taking car (2009 model) to another dealership to get fixed. NEVER doing business here again!

This is a great palce to have your car serviced. I know they will be honest with the price, and what ever work that needs to be done. I brought my minivan in(it is 4 yrs old) and the problem was a censor that was under warranty up to 75,000 miles. If I did not bring it there, and they checked on their own to see if the part was covered, I would have been looking at a costly repair bill over $200.00. It is nice to know that you can rely on this company for honesty, and great service.
