      <description>&lt;p&gt;If the statements you made on 04/28/2008 were true about Starbase Dental then why did you place the review under &amp;quot;Anonymous&amp;quot;? The entire office was excellent to me. They addressed my needs and concerns as soon as I arrived in their office. I would highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family. Just a suggestion, if you felt this strongly about my dentist why didn't you address it with him? They would have helped you if you had asked.
&lt;br /&gt;In defense of the older reviews here::::The people at Starbase now are not the same doctors or staff as before. Plus the office in Clermont is NOT Starbase it is StarGate. Not the same office.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>4 Stars:  STARBASE DENTAL, IT'S THE NEXT GENERATION. (by PAMELA B.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I must admit I am not the gretest dental patient but recently, after days of pain, I gave this office a call. The lady on the phone was very kind and got me in to see the doctor the very same day. From the moment I walked through the door I almost forgot about my toothache as this place was like walking onto a set of a scifi movie. The assistant took a xray of my tooth and then introduced the doctor. (they call him &amp;quot;DR S&amp;quot;) He told me I have gum disease and explained how this has happened in simple and easy terms.He told how to fix my situation with a series of cleanings.The hygenist has been very patient and kind to me during the treatments and never hurt me in the least. I went for an appointment yesterday and got a couple of fillings done. The assistant was especially nice. She gave me a headphones to watch a movie while they did my fillings. They were done before I knew it and I must admit my experience was great even for a dentalphobic!Check out this office. It is out of this world&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Excellent Customer Service (by Denise B.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have had my extensive dental work done here more than a two years ago and I was very happy with the work done. Dr.Sirivolu and his hygienist were very gentle and thorough in their work with excellent chairside manners. When I broke a tooth recently biting into a pitted olive, I was in lot of pain. Dr. Sirivolu replaced my broken tooth with a new porcleain crown at no charge. Dr.Sirivolu has not charged me anything the fact that I have kept my regular cleanings and exams at the office. If you are motivated for good dental work and want good service, there is no doubt Starbase Dental is the place to be for your family dental needs. Excellent Customer Service and great team work.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  VERY apparently, they have no need for customers. (by Amanda P.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I set up an appointment for myself, my husband, and my daughter almost a month in advance.  The week before our appoinment they called and left 2 consecutive messages urging us to change our appointment to an immediate &amp;quot;opening&amp;quot; that had come available.  We were on vacation, and it was not convenient for us, so we left our scheduled appointment as it was.  Today (about a week later) they called and left a message saying that our appointment for Saturday (today is Thursday) had to be rescheduled because &amp;quot;an assistant is, uh, sick.&amp;quot;  Either they take me for an idiot, or this has worked in the past.  When I called up questioning this dance, the receptionist had nothing to say.  I cancelled our appointment.  Why would I wait a month to see someone that has no value or respect for me??  Since I have begun this review they have called back, and didn't bother to leave a message.  Would I really want to let someone from Starbase Dental put their hands in my mouth at this point?  There is no trust.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;CONS: lack of respect and honesty&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Wonderful Dentist but Difficult Office Manager (by Julie A.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;While Dr. Denis Bourguignon is a very nice fellow and great dentist, we had nothing but hassles when we pointed out that our bills were incorrect.  In a nutshell, we asked for &amp;quot;treatment plans&amp;quot; (basically rates accepted by our insurer) but instead got &amp;quot;quotes&amp;quot; (the staff calculated themselves by taking a stab at what they though my insurer would pay, based on the initial coverage report).  The result was more than $100 in excess billings that we paid without knowing for Patient #1 and then, when we found the problem, I was told, &amp;quot;You got the service, right?  Now pay for it!&amp;quot;  All I ever wanted was the price UP FRONT, but that wasn't possible at Starbase Dental.  Maybe the new owner will have a new office staff!  (We've gone elsewhere for this care after a retired family member got a quote in excess of $14,000 for dental work from the Clermont office of Starbase Dental.)  Ultimately, we settled my Better Business Bureau complaint, but if you want a hassle-free experience, well, you make the call.)&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>5 Stars:  State of the Art Technology (by Carla M.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Starbase Dental is one of the state of the art technology places I have ever been to. I was in severe pain in my tooth and went to Starbase Dental which was recommended to be by my friend who goes there. Dr. Sirivolu had looked at my teeth, did a full mouth evaluation and recommended a CT Dental Scan which was present in their office and diagnosed the fracture and showed to me in the CT scan. The same day I had my tooth pulled and had an Dental Implant placed. I walked out of the office with a tooth the same day and had my permanent crown cemented two weeks later. Now I feel so much nicer, no pain and I am back to normal life. Starbase Dental, Dr. Sirivolu and his entire staff are very Professional, courteous and customer service driven. I would highly, highly recommend to every one looking for a world class service.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
