If I could leave no stars, I would. I was just about to write out an incredibly long, seething review but honestly they aren't worth it. These people are horrible. The front desk and phone people are rude, don't accurately leave proper information in voicemails, book appointments and then claim that it was booked a different day or accidentally ""overlook"" our appointment and generally don't care for their customers. I'm blown away by their lack of customer service, even the supervisor, Denise, needs to take a new course in customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!

It's a TOTAL RIP OFF! I called Kenco to service my oven and cooktop that had a minor problem. They charged $135 just to look at both appliances. The next day we received a quote for $144 in parts but $455 in labor for a simple service that would take less than one hour. After looking up at Gaggeneau""s website I found another service company that came to the house and charged $35 to give us a quote that was half the price.\r\nWe've used Kenco before. Service was fine but always over priced. Now that we decided to shop around we found out Kenco is a total rip off. Tried talking to Kenco's owner who has a horrible attitude and believes his pricing is fair. Watch out!!! Look for other options before calling Kenco.

Our Wolf cooktop broke right before Thanksgving and we called them on teh 23rd. They couldn't give us an appt until the following Tues. They came and diagnosed the problem and they said they needed to order the part. They came back a week and a half later and said they needed to order another part. These people have the only service contract for Wolf/Subzero so you are at their mercy. They received the part on Monday the 13th of Dec and no-one called me nor return my call. They were supposed to come out on Tues the 14th and didn't call me nor confirm the part was received. They never showed up. I am furious at this point and call Wolf, but Bernice the manager really is more sympathetic with Kenco than her customers. It is now Wed the 15th and they were supposed to come between 11-1, but they are not here, nor did I receive a call. I have a two year old who has been eating bad food for 3 weeks and now, next week is Xmas. Still unresolved. They are horrible, to say the least.
