Worst car purchasing experience of my life. Made an offer on a Cadillac which the sales manager, salesman and dealer manager all agreed to. Signed the papers and drove the car home. Went to file the contract the next day and found they had added on an additional $2,330.92 to my agreed upon offer and then added on another $689 delivery fee we agreed I would not pay and then added taxes to all this for another extra $181.20 for a total of $3,201.12 more than what I agreed to pay. Called them back to complain but they never called me back to apologize. Went to an attorney who inquired about this and to make a long story short they told me tough luck, I had to stick with the contract. Some people just have no ethics what so ever.

Our dealings with Ed Morse Cadillac have not been the best. After calling and talking to a Salesman about a car we had seen on the internet we were assured they had the vehicle We drove over 30 miles to find that the car on the sales lot was not the one on the internet as the Salesman had stated. Ended up buying the car but cost us additional money to get the features that were shown on the car in the ad. There was definately misrepresentation in the ad. Our tags off the car we traded in have been lost by the dealership and the temporary tag expires in a few days which leaves us without a tag. We have contacted the Salesman, Used car manager, Business manager and the Dealership Manager, each one promised a call back within an hour and never got any calls back. At the time of the sale we were assured the car had been checked out and there were no problems, once we drove the car off the lot the tire sensor monitor came on and the driver seat is not working correctly. Definately not a good experience. I have dealt with many Dealerships in my life and never have experienced the lack of concern after a purchase as I have with Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa

I have purchased or lease 5 cars from Ed Morse and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff of sales people, managers and service personnel are always polite and courteous. the service department always leaves my car clean and freshly washed. most repairs are completed upon the first complaint. the sales department bent over backwards to make sure we got into a car we liked this last time and the body shop (got damaged by a red-light runner in my old car) was also prompt and courteous. everyone I have dealt with has seemed geniunely concerned with my satisfaction. you don't get that very often in todays society. I would recommend that if you are in the maket for a new or used Cadillac and/or Saturn, you check out Ed Morse first.
