Worst customer service. Took them 3 weeks to change a belt, and they never once called to let me know what was going on. Only communication was when I called them. Did the work on my mower without ever letting me know what it would cost or what was being done, they just called after 3 weeks and told me what my total was. Will never use them again.

We were referred to L&G Hood through Lowes to service our Troy Built mower. The repair was done quickly and done right the first time unlike Mower MD who repaired it the first time and took several weeks to return the mower.

I've had several pieces of equipment serviced at L&G Hood over the years and the work is always top notch and for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend L&G Hood.

Hood's has been in the area for as long as I can remember. They carry a wide variety of mowers, trimmers, and other lawn equipment, and they service those products. Sometimes the wait for service is a little long, but that's what happens when you do good work. Pricing is reasonable and the folks are as friendly as can be.
