The shame of this dealer is that they don't try to work with you when it comes to car repair. Please do not bring your car to this dealership for any type of work that is needed for your car. You will not see a postive review on Sawgrass Chrysler Jeep Dodge because they want you to come back with poor service that they provide. This dealership should have been closed down when chrysler was closing dealerships around the country. Please thank twice before comming there.

I purchased the 2009 Chrysler Sebring Touring on July 26, 2009.

It was a Sunday evening and everyone at Arrigo Dodge Sawgrass could not wait for me to finish buying the vehicle, so they can all go home, due to the rush the vehicle was not detailed properly.
On Monday when my son got in the car and he move back the passenger seat, we noticed that there was a metal piece between the seat and the console when the seat was move back it scratch the hell out of the side console.
I stop at Arrigo Dodge Sawgrass and show my salesman Chuck Trosch the metal piece which he show to the parts department and they determined that this metal piece was from another vehicle that was left inside my vehicle by the factory Chrysler and that it was not even from a Sebring.
Arrigo Dodge made arrangements for an outside contractor TLC to go to my home to repair the console, the guy inspected the console and determined that it could not be repair that the dealership needed to order the console and them they will call me to take my vehicle into service and replace the console.
It has been two months since this happen, I have been at the dealership more than 5 times and had spoken to Jennifer from service, Chuck Trosch Salesman, Ken Milordis Sales Manager, to find out that the part still has not been ordered and nothing have been resolved, they all will call me back to schedule an appointment as soon as the part is ordered, but no response, every time I called they still has not order the part, I guess they don??t want to replace the console.
A week after I drove the Sebring I noticed a whistling noise coming from the hood of the vehicle, this is really driving me insane, every time you press the gas petal starts it whistling, I have taken the car 4 times to Arrigo Service Dept., they determined that this is normal engine noise because of some kind of air intake, I think that this is bull, a factory do not make a vehicle with a noise on purpose if the vehicle has a noise is because there is something wrong somewhere, the first 3 times Ron Cosenza, Service Consultant, didn??t want to open a service ticket because he could not hear the noise and the fourth time I really insisted that Service must open a service ticket and they did, that was when 3 people test drove the vehicle and that is when they said that this whistling noise is a normal engine noise due to engine air intake.
Now since 3 days ago I have a new drumming noise coming from the back of the vehicle while I??m driving 10-20 miles, without pressing the brake or gas petal, (like when I??m driving in a school zone). I wish I had never purchased this vehicle and that I could exhange it for an identical Sebring without any of these problems because

On Feb 8, 2008 I spoke with Alex Tillet about either returning a car off lease or purchasing it. I told him that unless Sawgrasss was willing to negotiate the purchase price I was not interested in driving 100 miles roundtrip with today's gas prices and my time quite valuable. He told me he spoke with his manager AJ and he said that AJ would meet with me and would definitely negotiate a better price than the original contract obligation price. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told by Alex that AJ had been fired the prior night and that when he spoke to another manager about our appointment he was told they do not negotiate prices on leased cars. I then met with Julio Pena who tried to smooth things out and claimed he was offering a $1,000 discount, but he offered me the ORIGINAL price. Talk about an insult and a classic example of bait and switch. To top it off, on my way out, a gentleman by the name of "AJ" was at the door asking me about my experience at Sawgrass today. When I told him about the situation and that Alex told me he was fired, he looked at me and said "I don't know why he would have said that". Not even the class to offer a gas card for my waste of time and money! Beware of doing business with these type of salespeople.

I stopped here when I was looking for a car and they were just way too pushy. I told them that I didn't want anything I saw and they were trying to sell me any and everything on the lot. I kept saying no and the guy wouldn't let me walk out! It was so ridiculous. Then they kept harassing me on the phone and when they actually called and I told them I already found a car they hung up as soon as I said it. Would not recommend unless you have a tough attitude and can tell them to back off!!
