My family recently started using this company as they offered the best rates for auto insurance when I called a few companies. Service is porfessional and courteous. Staff members are friendly. Offer a wide variety of financial services but aren't too pushy about it. Overall it's a good experience.
Editted in 2007 to add: Customer service is less than adequate. I have requested a new policy quote on several occassions and have never received.

I would like to warn the area of Graddy Insurance Group, not only did they non-renew my insurance policy after paying premiums for 15+years, but they increased my rates and gave me the worst service in the industry. I went to a local independant agent and found a better policy with more coverage for $1,700 less.
The manager at the office (Becky) gave me the worst service and it was just lie after lie. Stay Away
