Worst Used Car Dept in Town  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

This place is horrible. The used car manager is either a racist, ignorant, or just wants to release his agression on customers he cannot rob with their faulty sales plans. Beware and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Used car manager is uncivilized. If they don't get their way in stealing your money for a car at the price they want, they wont deal with you and will make a scene. Its completely ridiculous and I found it a bit humorous. Its too bad car salesmen get a bad repuations but this so called gentlemen went from shaking our hands and congratulating us on buying a truck to yelling at us for wasting his time within an hour becuase the deal wasnt working out the way he planned. Although I have purchased from this location previously, I never will again and I will make sure everyone knows not to as well. Humiliation should not be part of the car buying experience. The ingorant people at the Courtesy used car department should they are not dealing with people like themselves. Shame on you...

Excellent Service  4 Star Rating - Very good

I have been to many Toyota dealerships and I would definitely say that this service department is the best that I have ever been to. I have been here once to do a 5,000 mile service and once to have my windows tinted. This service department is very fast and they do a great job. The waiting area is large and they will even drive you back home or to work while your car is being serviced. I will definitely be bringing my car back here again.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!
I went to buy a used car from this place and it was the worst experience ever. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. Yes, Iv'e been told that dealers are known to scam and try to get as much money from the customer but I never knew that bad treatment came with it. Be carefull if you go here and deal with Haisam Kader, sales manager so he said and Barbara Carballata, dont know who she is, she didn't even introduce herself I had to ask for her name. (I call her Miss Nasty) These people not only treated me like crap they humiliated me in front of employes and customers!!! They lie and make up stories. Haisam Kader was rude to me the first time I went and then the second time I went, I should of known he was trouble when I overheard him talking bad about a customer and cursing the customer behind his back in his office. I prayed I didn't get him again, I didn't and I was given a lady now known as Barbara Carballata. She was soo rude, she was yelling, raising her hands at me and to make it short, told me that she is tired of explaining things to me and that she could be selling the car to someone else that would not give her a hard time. Situation: I was told a price and then they raised it up at the last minute stating that major repairs were done to the car. They refused to give me proof, and later showed me repairs were: Windshield wipers and balance of tires that came to $500. NO WAY. She was talking so loud and making a scene I had to tell her to calm down, yes me the custumer!!! All the employes stopped working and just sat around just to listen to the situation. I'll stop now, please be carefull with the persons mentioned above. I was told by someone that they heard bad stuff about this dealer also. So, I'm not the first one, what does that tell you?

Pleasure to do business with  5 Star Rating - World class

I must start off saying that I'm strictly reviewing for the service side of the house, as I have no dealings with the sales department. I bought my car new in another state (MS) and came back to Florida a few months later. I started using Courtesy Toyota for my required maintenance on the warranty of my 2006 Corolla. I can say they have a very good service department. They inspect the car and before they repair or service anything they provided you with a "contract"of sorts, that you sign and know going into it what the exact amount of the repair are and will cost. I have always preferred to have my cars service at local shops rather than dealerships but they have really changed my mind about a how trustworthy dealership can be when it comes to service.

Pros: great service, honest, fast repair times.

Cons: Dealerships have slightly higher labor charges

rating  5 Star Rating - World class

sorry forgot the rating :) now it wants 150 characters in my review for the rating. well, MICK is great as a finance guy, took the time to explain my credit report line by line and it was after closing which was extremely nice. Fabio knew the vehicle inside and out. affable and knowledgable, can you find a better combination in a salesman. Called the next day to make sure i was happy and satisfied. GZood followup
spoke to Tim the sales manager and these guys want to go above and beyond to help. Nice to see. ok that should do it, thanks a bunch!

Toyota is definately quality  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

I have a 4runner that is over 10 years old and still trucking along. I have taken my car to this toyota dealership and they have been great about keeping my car in great shape. At the amount of miles i have on my car most people would already need a new engine and such but not me. All the little tweaks with my car they have fixed no problem. From the brakes needed a little tune up to keeping my ac ice cold. Good Fast service
