Do not deal with these folks -- they outright lie. I specifically called to check availability of 2 advertised specials and after much ado was told that both vehicles were there and not sold. Within 1/2 hour my son arrived and was told they were, in fact, not there. BALD-FACED LIARS!!!!! Bait & Switch!!!!

We went to this place in search of a new car 4 time. Hated every sales person we got except for this one time. We loved him to bits. He was quick, honest and friends. We decided to buy a brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla. This was not our first time buying a Brand New car. Infact, its our 3rd but first time from Toyota. Never again.. They played a trick on us.. the Spot Delivery trick. They told us the car was good to go and financed and everything was perfect. Two days later they call and say oh no we need more money or a co-signer or return the car. We were ready to return the car. We told them to keep it and shove it up their a** . Its an insult to be treated like this. We have dealt with Nissan, Honda and VW and they have been up front, honest and only give the keys once you have been 100% approved for financing. Never will I recommend anyone to go to this Courtesy Toyota in Winter Park! They treat you liked Sh*t! We went their on day 4 and they acted like their were God and that the Customer did something wrong. Its not worth your time. There are other competitive companies such as Honda and Nissan not even a mile down the road who would love your business and give provide you with excellent upfront Customer Service. I always buy from Nissan. This was big mistake.. The finance team sucks! They are rude, dishonest and most important they walk around with a don't care attitude. .. Please Please take your business else where..

I was having an emergency and needed a vehicle ASAP. I tried at least 3 dealerships before I tried Courtesy. Each dealership denied me because of my credit and the way I wanted to finance the vehicle. I didn't want anything fancy, just wheels to get me to and from work. I even had a co-signer with emaculate credit, and I was still denied. So, I tried Courtesy Toyota Scion. I saw a used yaris on their lot that I liked, not loved, but I was in an emergency situation and was at my last resort. We went over the paper work with the used car finance manager, they ran our credit and they said all came back good. We signed the papers, they detailed the car, gave me the keys and I drove off the lot. 2 days later, they called me back saying I needed to bring the vehicle back because a bank was not approving the way I wanted to finance the vehicle. I was upset, but they had said they had another yaris, a year newer with lesser miles for me. I got there, test drove the new yaris and I loved it. This one was much cleaner than the first, and didn't smell as bad as the first so I was actually happier at this point. However, they didn't fill the gas tank before I left the dealership. THE VERY NEXT DAY they called me back...guess what...I HAD TO BRING THIS CAR BACK!!! When a customer does a trade in, they have 3 days to decide if they like their new vehicle, if not, they get their original vehicle back...guess what...OF COURSE this happened to me!!! And the finance manager FAILED to tell me about the 3 day try out period. I was SOOO MAD!!!!!! I went back to the dealership and I took one more look around the lot. I finally saw a 2006, Scion tC. Long story short, I got the Scion for the price of the original yaris I went there for. I've had the Scion for a month now and I love it. However, they still messed up all my paper work!!! My license plate and registration was sent to my co-signers house instead of mine...and they live 2 hours away from me. I was just EXTREMELY inconvenienced and I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this place. NOT WORTH THE STRESS!!!!

I was looking for an inexpensive car, and maybe that's why they gave me such poor service. First, they lied over the phone about what cars were available. It's not possible to get bank financing on an old, high-mileage car, and that was all they had in my price range. They could have told me that before I made the long drive to the dealership. Then they made me wait half an hour before a salesman would even talk to me, and another 90 minutes to find out I couldn't get financing. Worst of all, the credit manager said he pulled my credit report and my cosigner's, and both had low scores. The next day at another dealership, they pulled both again; surprisingly, it showed that courtesy toyota had inquired about mine, but there was no record of anyone inquiring on my cosigners credit report. Both scores were higher than they told us. Courtesy wanted to sell us a more expensive car at a ridiculous interest rate, and said we wouldn't be able to get financing anywhere because of our scores. As we left Courtesy the salesman pretended to call another dealership on his cell phone, and the imaginary person on the other end of the line agreed with him that I'd never get financing anywhere else. What a crock. The next day I applied for a car loan through my credit union and got pre-approved at a decent rate. I still plan to buy a Toyota because they're great cars, but I would never recommend this place and I certainly won't spend my money here. If you're shopping for a used car, or you want to deal with honest people, steer clear of Courtesy Toyota.

This place is horrible. The used car manager is either a racist, ignorant, or just wants to release his agression on customers he cannot rob with their faulty sales plans. Beware and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Used car manager is uncivilized. If they don't get their way in stealing your money for a car at the price they want, they wont deal with you and will make a scene. Its completely ridiculous and I found it a bit humorous. Its too bad car salesmen get a bad repuations but this so called gentlemen went from shaking our hands and congratulating us on buying a truck to yelling at us for wasting his time within an hour becuase the deal wasnt working out the way he planned. Although I have purchased from this location previously, I never will again and I will make sure everyone knows not to as well. Humiliation should not be part of the car buying experience. The ingorant people at the Courtesy used car department should they are not dealing with people like themselves. Shame on you...

I have been to many Toyota dealerships and I would definitely say that this service department is the best that I have ever been to. I have been here once to do a 5,000 mile service and once to have my windows tinted. This service department is very fast and they do a great job. The waiting area is large and they will even drive you back home or to work while your car is being serviced. I will definitely be bringing my car back here again.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!
I went to buy a used car from this place and it was the worst experience ever. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. Yes, Iv'e been told that dealers are known to scam and try to get as much money from the customer but I never knew that bad treatment came with it. Be carefull if you go here and deal with Haisam Kader, sales manager so he said and Barbara Carballata, dont know who she is, she didn't even introduce herself I had to ask for her name. (I call her Miss Nasty) These people not only treated me like crap they humiliated me in front of employes and customers!!! They lie and make up stories. Haisam Kader was rude to me the first time I went and then the second time I went, I should of known he was trouble when I overheard him talking bad about a customer and cursing the customer behind his back in his office. I prayed I didn't get him again, I didn't and I was given a lady now known as Barbara Carballata. She was soo rude, she was yelling, raising her hands at me and to make it short, told me that she is tired of explaining things to me and that she could be selling the car to someone else that would not give her a hard time. Situation: I was told a price and then they raised it up at the last minute stating that major repairs were done to the car. They refused to give me proof, and later showed me repairs were: Windshield wipers and balance of tires that came to $500. NO WAY. She was talking so loud and making a scene I had to tell her to calm down, yes me the custumer!!! All the employes stopped working and just sat around just to listen to the situation. I'll stop now, please be carefull with the persons mentioned above. I was told by someone that they heard bad stuff about this dealer also. So, I'm not the first one, what does that tell you?

I must start off saying that I'm strictly reviewing for the service side of the house, as I have no dealings with the sales department. I bought my car new in another state (MS) and came back to Florida a few months later. I started using Courtesy Toyota for my required maintenance on the warranty of my 2006 Corolla. I can say they have a very good service department. They inspect the car and before they repair or service anything they provided you with a "contract"of sorts, that you sign and know going into it what the exact amount of the repair are and will cost. I have always preferred to have my cars service at local shops rather than dealerships but they have really changed my mind about a how trustworthy dealership can be when it comes to service.

Pros: great service, honest, fast repair times.

Cons: Dealerships have slightly higher labor charges

sorry forgot the rating :) now it wants 150 characters in my review for the rating. well, MICK is great as a finance guy, took the time to explain my credit report line by line and it was after closing which was extremely nice. Fabio knew the vehicle inside and out. affable and knowledgable, can you find a better combination in a salesman. Called the next day to make sure i was happy and satisfied. GZood followup
spoke to Tim the sales manager and these guys want to go above and beyond to help. Nice to see. ok that should do it, thanks a bunch!

I have a 4runner that is over 10 years old and still trucking along. I have taken my car to this toyota dealership and they have been great about keeping my car in great shape. At the amount of miles i have on my car most people would already need a new engine and such but not me. All the little tweaks with my car they have fixed no problem. From the brakes needed a little tune up to keeping my ac ice cold. Good Fast service

PROS: good service, fast, reliable
