Home Depot Cabinet Design was a great service to help me redo my kitchen, the staff was helpful and professional for the most part and the technology was very good. My kitchen design was created on a computer and print outs were given to me to bring home and study. Everything I needed was available in the store to compliment the new cabinets, the tile, the paint, the hardware, etc.

PROS: Convenient
CONS: The contract cabinet installer was not the best, but he was not Home Depot

...as stores like this go, you must go there for some things you just can't get anywhere else. I'm glad they are there for that. I all fairness, there are some very nice and helpful people there. You can't let the lesser ones be the only people that get noticed. It's not all bad. Yes, they could improve on their staff, but lets face it, I have been in there and overheard some less than nice customers. Would you want to work there and chance encountering those people? Give the nice employes some credit.

This store is big! And a big store needs lots of floor and sales help. This store has neither. Men seem to get help faster than women....and forget about the self service check out!

I hate shopping at this store!!!!!! Any time I go into this store without my husband I either get no help at all (ignored) or wrong information. I have spoken to several managers several times. All promised a change and so far nothing. If your shopping ther... good luck!!!
