Ghirardelli Soda Fountain And Chocolate Shop

Pretty good chocolate, but quite pricey. I wish they were more reasonably priced. They are located in a great location in City Place, so it is quite accessible.

The store itself is clean and the staff was great, but I have to disagree with the "Yummy" factor. My husband and I didn't care for their icecream or chocolate at all....

In City Place, you can not go to this shopping area without a pitstop at this store. They really get you by putting out the sale candies by the piece right as you walk in. The aroma from the store, if nothing else (I think it's from those waffle cones they make for their homemade ice cream ), will entice you to try something. I see a lot of people enjoying their ice cream and soda fountain drinks, although I have never tried one, myself. I go for the candy! You can watch them make some of the candy right there.

There are tables outside to sit, eat and drink, and enjoy the musical performances in the evening.

My kids love to go to this fountain shop and have ice cream sodas. They love the kids desserts. This is one of our favorite ice cream shops. Also, it is in a good location. I would highly recommend the chocolate sundaes. They have the best flavor.

Ghirardelli Soida Fountain and Chocolate Shop is located amongh the beautiful sights and shows of City Place in downtown West Palm Beach, a lovely area to spend a relaxing day.

This wonderful sweets shop has ice creams and chocolates that are beyond your most decadent fantasies. Chocolate covered strawberries and bananas, milk shakes and malts, and bars of thick dark rich chocolate...yummm. It is the chocolate lover's dream come true.

The staff are friendly, the place is alsowat clean - which is amazing considering the amount of sticky-fingered children in and out of there on a daily basis and the bathrooms are always immaculate.

Well run in every department, this place is a must-see, must-try when you are in the West Palm Beach area!!

This is like an old-time soda shop--it's really fun and delicious! The staff entices you with chocolate samples while you decide on your favorite ice cream concoction! Ample seating in the back of the store, and clean bathrooms.
