Robert Severo Signature Salon

The best, hands down, I am so happy I found this salon, after some bad hair days I had to try a new place, and I am happy that I did. My hair is the best that it has ever been. I can not say how much I love it, I just can not stop talking or looking at my hair. This hair cut and color has changed my life. Thank you for taking time with me. Kay

I'm surprised that this is such a highly rated salon because my experience was underwhelming. I was disappointed with both my color & cut. Definitely not worth the price.

First of all, this salon was a prospect for doing my hair until I read these reviews. Actually, the reviews are not so bad because every once in a while you might get a crazy chick that doesn't know what she' talking about. But these people at the "Signature" Salon think they're God's gift to hair styling. Give me a break, when a customer is unsatisfied you should always try to at least understand their opinion. When I used to get my hair done by my stylist in Atlanta, she would always try to level with me, and not give me this long explanation of nonsense saturated with 'fluff' words that really make no sense. I could understand if 'Robert Severo' was actually important in the hair industry but I think he was probably born and raised in Oviedo. Whatever, anyways... the truth is that you should never ridicule or brush off your customers' opinions. Customer feedback is very important, especially if you're sending people out your salon looking like retards. I heard this salon is in a good location, but you won't be able to locate me there because it sounds like a scam run by people who have swelling egos. If you're going to be in Winter Park at least have some class, don't blog a bunch of horse excretion to your unsatisfied customer!!

An outstanding salon with a Friendly atmosphere. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my experience . Their talented color stylist addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I would give this salon 5 stars. In fact, Am looking forward to my next appointment. Kim

I was desperate!! I lost my hairdresser of many years and had to find someone who could work with curly hair. So one day when I couldn't stand my hair another minute I walked into Robert Severo's Salon.
They were so accommodating; they got me right in, listened to me and made me feel like a million dollar's. But time would tell just how good the hair cut was.....it looked good when I left, BUT could I keep it looking good?! It's now been a year and I will ALWAYS be a faithful client!!!! Sonja has done SUCH WONDERS with my hair! For example, I had to be out of town for 2 months thus I was 12 weeks out on my cut (I go every 6 weeks), my hair just KEPT LOOKING BETER and BETTER! I NEVER would have beleived it. Never once did I feel like 'my hairs driving me crazy,I've GOT to get it cut'. It is now so manageble and easy to deal with! If you're looking for THE BEST go see Robert and ask for Sonja (I'm sure they're all really good; but she's #1).
Julie at the front desk is great...she'll get you coffee, make sure you're comfortable, (though I must say I've never had to wait over a few minutes for my appointment) she shoots the breeze with you like you're family. One day I came in for my appointment and she handed me a piece of paper. She said she'd noticed that I was consistantly coming every 6 weeks so she set me up for a years worth of 'standing appointments' with Sonja, made a copy for my calender. I never asked her to do it; she's just very efficient. She calls me 2 days ahead to remind me of the time.
I just can't say enough about 'this jewel of a salon I've found!!!!!

You will not be disappointed!!!

Pros: Great parking; Clean, very layback and comfortable atmosphere, yet upscale ambience.
Cons: Easy to get to BUT location may be unnoticed (may want to call ahead for directions)
