This dealership goes out of it's way to provide excellent service and quality, dependable cars, and SUV's.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Robert over the past few years and each time has been spot on. My first experience with him was when I purchased a new civic for my girlfriend. she has been driving many miles and has really enjoyed the great gas millage and long range between services. I went to Robert and asked him to find me a mini cooper. They had it brought in by car carrier at my request. I have had some need changes and recently changed it into a Honda CRV. This has been another great car for me and for a pre-owned car has been perfect! I highly recommend if your looking for some help in finding the perfect car, truck or SUV, to go and ask for Robert Brinton. He will find the best way possible to help you with your selection.

My experience at Hendrick Honda of Bradenton was the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased an Acura TSX the car was clean and well worth the purchase. My Salesman Michael Knight was very detail, organized, and his overall delivery made my shopping experience easy to make my desicion of the vehicle that I purchased. The finance office were very nice and very thorough with the process. On a scale of 1-10 I will give the dealership a 10 my sales person would get a 10, the finance would get a 10. I would strongly recommend this dealership to a friend or family.

My son had rear new rear brake pads installed (approx. $200) by Honda Cars of Bradenton on his out-of-warranty Accord. They wore out in fewer than 5,000 miles and he was then forced to have them re-installed with new calipers for an additional $700 at another Honda dealer that was out of state. That??s $900 for rear brakes in less than 5,000 miles! YIKES!

I never heard of brakes wearing out so fast before. If one caliper had gone bad, I could say it was a coincidence that it failed shortly after being worked on by Bradenton Honda. But, to have both calipers fail is no coincidence, and leads me to believe something was either done incorrectly or over-looked by Bradenton. When my son questioned the service management as to why the brakes needed replacing so soon?..he was asked questions like ??do you drive through a lot of puddles?. I really do not know what the correct answer to that question would be, after all Bradenton is in Florida and it has been known to shower there occasionally! The service management accepted absolutely no responsibility, hinting they always do perfect work and have never made a mistake.

I wrote letters to American Honda Motors three times (November, February, and March) and have never received the courtesy of a reply. I have written to Matt Woods, General Manager at Bradenton Honda and have not received the professionalism or courtesy of a reply. I asked for an explanation as to what could have caused the brakes to fail, besides the deadly sin of driving through puddles. No reply! I asked for my son to be reimbursed (the original $200) since the brake pads had to be done twice. No reply! I know a few Honda service managers, since I have purchased 6 new Honda vehicles over the years, and they all told me what would cause the premature failure of the brake pads and the cause ALWAYS goes back to Bradenton Honda. These same service managers told me they would ??do the right thing? and refund the cost of the job, since it had to be done again out of state. I was also told that American Honda Motors never gets involved with out of warranty repairs, which is not entirely true?..so my advice to everyone is to never bring your out-of-warranty car back to the Bradenton dealership for service and avoid their exorbitant labor rates and total lack of responsibility! American Honda can apply pressure to a dealer to ??do the right thing? or reimburse the customer, but they chose not to in this case. To repeat one last time?..NO REPLY FROM AMERICAN HONDA MOTORS! NO REPLY FROM MATT WOODS, GM AT BRADENTON HONDA! Is this the customer service and support you would expect? I can only imagine the support given by Matt Woods and his staff after a new car purchase.

Honda Cars of Bradenton treated me very well on my purchase of my vehicle. My salesperson was excellent and all the management staff was very helpful. Honda Cars of Bradenton treated me very well on my purchase of my vehicle. My salesperson was excellent and all the management staff was very helpful. I will in the future continue to purchase from them and refer anyone who is interested in purchasing to them as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I actually enjoyed buying a car for a change!

Excellent place to buy a car! I received a prompt response to my email, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. After shopping other dealers, and brands, they stuck out to me. They were worth the drive! Now I am enjoying my 2010 Honda Odyssey!

My 24 year old son had enlisted into the US Army and needed to get a reliable car for his wife and 3 year old child. They found a 2004 LandRover at Honda Cars of Bradenton. Knowing that the dealership was a "reputable dealership" and not a fly by night place, they bought the car Oct 21, 2009. When they got it home, the service engine light came on. They took it back to Honda Cars of Bradenton to get it fixed. The dealership kept it for a little over a week and gave it back to the kids. One week later, the power window in the back fell into the door...They called the dealership again to get THAT fixed..back to the shop it went. A week later they got their vehicle back and 2 days later the other window in the other window fell into the door also. My son called the dealership again only to be told that they would not fix it and even told them to duct tape it if they want it to stay up. Then..on Christmas eve, the vehicle was hard to start but after 4 or 5 times of trying it, it started. The next day..CHRISTMAS, they went out to their vehicle and found it would not start at all. They had to borrow a car so that they could make their visits to family ...as my son was leaving for the ARMY in 2 days...they wanted to make sure to see family for the last time before he left. The 26th of December, the day before he left for the service, they had their vehicle TOWED to Honda Cars of Bradenton. 3 days later, my daughter in law was told that it was the timing belt and broken pistons and that the dealership..HONDA CARS OF BRADENTON, would not fix it for them and that it would cost anywhere from $5000 to $8000 to fix it. HONDA CARS OF BRADENTON ...sold these young kids a lemon..knowing that my son was going into the ARMY. The kids thought they were doing the right thing by purchasing a vehicle from a "reputable dealership" but this was not the case. They are going to have to voluntarily repo the vehicle because they can not afford the repair bill and that would not guarantee that something else would not go wrong. This after making only one payment. Their credit will be ruined at their young age.;..this is the payment my son gets for serving his country. HONDA CARS OF BRADENTON GOT ONE OVER ON THESE YOUNG KIDS WHO THOUGHT THEY WERE DOING THE RIGHT THING

And Steve in the finance dept. did a great job getting the payments where they needed to be. Matt Woods (general manager) basically said he knew they screwed up but didn't think they needed to do anything to correct the issue. Basically said that the vehicle was his and he wanted it back if I wasn't going to pay more or go with his new lender.

I purchased a 2004 Honda Civic EX from this dealership new in 2003. I was very pleased with my experience. My salesman had been there 10 years and that is impressive for a car dealership these days. I have had all my service work done there, till I moved out fo the area. I would definetly recommend this dealer to anyone. If you do go there, ask for Pernell Ingram.

This is not the place for a single person. I do not know if it is just me or not but I am female which really has a lot to do with it too I think. Anyways. I was in the market for a used SUV since I also have two kids. I walked the lot by myself as no sales person ever came out to see me. So I did not obviously buy a car here. Too bad for them as I did end up buying a car some place else.
