I was represented by Manuel Fernandez for a car accident I had. Mr. Fernandez did not represent me adequately nor fairly in order to defend my rights as a car accident victim. He was extremely unprofessional and mean spirited when I would ask him questions as any client would of their attorney. He was surprised that I knew about no-fault law since I too had worked for attorneys and that made him further angry with me and was pressuring me to accept a settlement that was unfair. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone who was injured nor any citizen who was in need of adequate legal representation.
