Both my parents and my cousin lived in St Cloud Village. These people are complete neat freaks and left their apartments in perfect condition including repainting and having carpets steamed and both were charged ridiculous fees (totaling over $1000 in both cases) for damages months after moving out despite the fact that both apartments were inspected on moving day and found to be in perfect condition by management. -and yes they do add this to your credit report!

Pros: Very Affordable

Cons: You get charged for nonexistent damages when you move out.

.

The prices are less than other apartments in the area, but they key to remember is that you get what you pay for. The staff is less than friendly, maitenence takes several days to respond to calls. There is no play area for the children. There is a pool which is only open during office hours of 9-5 Monday through Saturday, which sort of defeats the entire purpose since most tenants work these hours(and it isnt cleaned frequently, other than throwing in more chlorine tablets). They have a fitness center with outdated equipment, also has the same hours as the pool so dont plan on any evening workouts. The sidewalks through the grounds are narrow and winding so a stroller is very difficult to push. Not to mention the older children speeding through on bikes. It is also a pet friendly facility so be prepared to step in puppy surprises since the majority of the tenants dont bother to clean up after their pets or put them on a leash. The parking is crowded with many people loitering in the lots and even sitting on cars that do not belong to them. I wouldnt recommend these to an enemy...
