This is the location of the Salvation Army Red Lodge Inn, or the local homeless shelter. It is one of the few in the area, and they appear to do the best they can with what they have. It is the option that people go to when there are no other options, but it is shelter and keeps people off the street if they have no where else to go. Good job.
