Disappointed in this hospital. My mother brought her seizuring pet in for treatment and help and received little to no answers. The staff & Dr. was pleasant but failed to inform her of what was going on with her beloved pet throughout the day and gave NO "go home" instructions. Terrible medical management. The Dr. did not follow appropriate protocol for a seizuring patient, simply continued giving sedative and did not bother with anticonvulsants. I feel that this hospital is primarily concerned with minor hospital procedures(vaccinations, routine procedures) and are absolutely not prepared or equipped to handle actual Veterinary Medicine, especially emergency and critical care- which we will all need at some point. I would not recommend this hospital to unless you simply need vaccines, and in that case anyone can help you there.

Super awesome. I have an 11 year old cat and a 2 year old cat that went into the office together. They were both terrified until the doc came in. He immediately calmed them down and they were very comfortable. He spent a VERY long time just talking to me and relaxing them. They both had a ton of shots, bloodwork and other tests. Neither of them even seemed to mind what he was doing to them! Highly, highly recommend this gentleman to any pet that is timid. Surely a fellow who was meant to be a vet! The tech and receptionist were also awesome. Wouldn't ever go elsewhere again!!!!!!

*****I have a cat that is 17 years old. She has never had any health issues until recently. She was under the care of another veterinarian and was not getting better. Her ability to breath was getting worse and worse, to the point of fearing death. She was taken to another veterinarian, who reviewed her and prescribed over $600.00 in tests. In my desperation, I reached out to someone to help me find an affordable veterinarian, to which they recommended Agape.

They told me to bring her in and they would work her into their schedule. The veterinarian looked at her (more thorough than any of the previous vets) and recommended leaving her there for a few hours so they could run tests. They did xrays, bloodwork, and a few other things I can't remember. It was determined that her body was holding fluids that was causing a lot of pressure on her lungs and heart, thus making it difficult for her to breath. An injection was given and prescribed meds to take home an administer over the next couple of weeks.

My bill was a little over $200.00 and my cat is much better now. The staff at the clinic are very friendly and show they truly care their patients. They even call on a regular basis to check on her condition (something none of the other vets have ever done).

I highly recommend Agape Animal Clinic for affordable care.

I took my dog to Agape on Friday because she was vomitting non stop. The doctor came in and didn't give me any kind of answers to why she was vomitting. She said she had pancreatitis and that they would need to hospitalize her. I was unable to afford the 160 for that one visit which included lab work and a general exam plus the quoted 360 for the overnight stay, so I wanted to talk to the vet to see if there was anyway she could come home and be treated. The vet couldn't even show me the respect to come and talk to me about a solution. I was really at tears at the time. The lady up front was nice about it and they prescribed her some pills. Some antibiotics, anti-nausea, and some other pills and 3 cans of W/D food. The bill for those pills and that one visit was $248.00. She got home and continued to vomit throughout the night and wasn't able to keep down the pills. I called the vet at Agape and got an emergency service nurse. She said she would have my dog's vet call me back. Her vet never called me back. Some vet in the Lynn Haven called back and said it would be a $150 fee JUST for her to be seen and that it wouldn't even be by her vet from Agape. She said I could bring her to some emergency service care in Pensacola. She didn't even mention bringing my dog to the Parkway animal hospital that is on Tyndall Parkway close to Agape. Luckily I remembered it being there and called them and they were happy to help my dog. Agape wouldn't even fax over my dogs blood work until Monday which could have helped my dog sooner. But they were quick to cash my check!!! I don't understand if no one was even at Agape over the weekend how were they suppose to hospitalize my dog and to make sure she was been taking care of? When they finally faxed over the paper work Monday, come to find out my dog does not have Pancreatitis like she said she had a blockage and had to have surgery. Long story short, my dog is being treated by people who are more concerned about helping my dog then about cashing my check. Parkway animal hospital may not look as clean and fancy as Agape but they are more concerned about their animals. When I call to check on my dog at Parkway Animal Hospital, the vet personally called me back and let me know how she was doing. Now that's a vet that cares! Done with Agape. They can keep all the fancy smancy!

When a Dr. Robin Focke worked her we received "excellent" service. Loved her. The last time I went I found out she had left....when I inquired where the front desk told me they were instructed to not give that information....which I found odd. I've since tried to find her to no avail :/ I'm getting to have to take my dog in today.....we'll see how it goes and if the cost is atrocious.

This is the most caring vet I've ever used. Have been a satisfied patient since 2005. My dogs would not be alive today if it were not for the efforts of this office. Of course prices rise......I'd give them 1000000000000 stars if possible!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They USED to be caring vets. But now I guess they have to jack up prices to pay for their new building. I had been taking my animals for 10 years, but recently I noticed prices increasing and also the amount of things that "needed to be done" in order to be able to keep bringing my pets and was getting frustrated. I recently bought a maltipoo and had a health certificate from another vet. Agape would not honor this. They said they would have to give the shots themselves in order for me to bring him there and wanted to charge me in the hundreds to get them done. WHY??? Why would you give animals shots they already had?? I'll tell you why...$$$$$$ DO NOT USE THIS VET!!! They do not care about your babies, all they care about is the money. Even if you are rich, do you really want a vet that doesn't care as much as you do?

Have had occasion to use this vet clinic the last 2 years while visiting in Panama City. Staff knowledgeable and courteous. Prices comparable to charges at local vet in Oklahoma. Would use this clinic again if needed.

Yes, it is a very clean vet but I guess you make up the difference in price. The average family cannot afford to pay 3x the price than you would pay down the street. If you can than I would say this might be the vet for you.
