HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! These people are ridiculous. We brought our puppy in because he was feeling ill - We paid $75 for a Physical Exam, which the doctor spent all of about 1-2 minutes performing then immediately told us we needed $150 lab

This client came in with HER ABLE BODIED 18 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER who could have stayed home with the 4 year old son. SHE COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT TAKE CARE OF HIM DURING THE VISIT.The client REFUSED any other services other THAN AN X-RAY that showed signs of a linear foreign body (string) later diagnosed by another veterinarian who could not see anything around the tongue WITHOUT ANESTHESIA (WHICH SHE ALLOWED HIM TO DO). The bulk of the 2 hours (not 3 hrs) spent at the hospital were spent trying to find financial resources to follow-up the next day. THE DOCTOR WENT AS FAR AS CONTACTING A CHARITY, DOWNLOADING AND FILLING OUT THE APPROPRIATE FORMS SO THIS CAT THAT THE CLIENT PLANNED TO DUMP AT THE SPCA THE NEXT DAY COULD HAVE FOLLOW-UP. Talk about going the extra mile! After the string was released from around the tongue by another doctor the client did not follow-up to be sure that intestinal damage had not already occurred.(which often does) Fortunately the cat did OK. Of course she didn't have time to follow-up as she was too busy writing false slanderous remarks on the internet.
