City Car Wash was horrible! They broke the side mirror on my husband's car and tried to hide it. When we noticed it as we were pulling out, we turned around and walked in looking for the manager. When they finally got him for us, it was very difficult to talk to him - he barely spoke a word of English. We had to walk him out to our car and show him. All he did was throw up his hands and shake them. He refused to help us. We refused to leave and were getting ready to call the police when another customer ran over to try to help. He conversed with the manager, who said they had no liability on the damage and refused to acknowledge they did anything. Avoid at all costs!

I recently purchased a 1996 Ford Thunderbird LX from a 90 year-old man who lost his driving privileges. The car only had 48K miles but unfortunately had paint rubbed on both ends of the front bumper and both outside mirrors, which I assume were caused by the previous owner??s diminished driving ability. Not only did they remove all the rubbed paint, but they scraped the left over adhesive from the taped ??For Sale? sign on the inside rear window and removed a faded bumper sticker on the trunk as if never there. You could tell how proud they were to have left the car so immaculate from the expressions on their faces. What??s even better; I get to take the car back next week for a premium wash, FOR FREE!

I brought my car in and they broke a Bose speaker bezel on the lower driver's side door. To keep me from noticing, they forced it on upside down (it's tapered so it only goes one way). I politely asked to speak to the manager who barely speaks a word of English! He had to call one of his employees who explained that I cannot prove that they broke it and that they are not responsible. Another employee saw the commotion and came over to see what was happening. This happened to be an employee who was smoking a cigarette while another employee was cleaning my door and trunk jams. He offered to take the door apart. I declined and mentioned that I was not only dissatisfied and wanted my money back, but also that I noticed he was smoking next to the open trunk. His reply: "the trunk was shut, chief!" These people have absolutely no comprehension of customer service. The smoker blurted a profanity at me as he walked away!

This was the worst excuse for a car wash I have ever seen. $32 to wash my truck and when it was "done" it really looks like a bunch of 5 year olds washed it. I had to have the guys stand there and re-clean everything before I took it off the lot. There were dirt spots everywhere. My car is black also, so they really were not that hard to see. I don't feel that I need to sit and supervise a bunch of adults while they are supposed to be doing their jobs. It really was nonsense. This site had rave reviews but I cam convinced that those reviews were written by the owners. They did the crappiest job ever. Not to mention that they tried to charge you a higher price than what they quote over the phone. You only get one chance to make a first impression and these people blew it. I will never go back there again.
