Backstreet it a great salon.This Nicole person has no one to blame but herself. Everyone kows bleach doesn't process for 2 hours AND the halo is timed and stops, why were you such a moron as to just sit there and not go back to your stylist to have your stylist check your color, and even more, if you were REALLY that unhappy why did you pay the bill. I don't believe one word of your review, you are just a very miserable human being who is never happy and wants to try and make trouble for everyone else.

worst, awful... left bleach on my virgin undyed hair and it fell out. lacking professionalism, rude staff.refused to refund for damages caused to hair
