I have never experienced any problems with the salon staff and would recommend this salon to all. If you need highlights, lowlights or color, JEN HENRY is your best bet. I have the thickest longest color resistant hair and she always is able to make it look exactly how I want it. I drive all the way from Wellington just for her. Thanks Jen! And as a matter of fact as you very well know I scanned into images and made available for download the nasty statements written by the owner of the salon and jennifer b henry.... you told my credit card company my hair fell out because I had chemo... yes, me 24 years old, 22 at the time had chemo.. my ass.. but than again i have the written documentation to prove it :) And I believe last I checked it was downloaded 67 times... I'm pretty sure that cost you more business than getting my 260 dollars back. You can complain all you want as I told you I will continue posting my review over and over again no matter how many times you try and delete it.... POINT being you left bleach on my hair and forgot about me because you were too busy gossiping with the black haired stylist and you left me under a dryer. I had to come to you when piece of my hair started falling out and turning white...someone who has ever had there hair bleached before doesn't know these things they trust the person who is supposed to be the professional you dumb c u n t. You double processed my hair in a weeks time telling me it was necessary to get my hair from a medium brown to a light honey brown, that you needed to bleach it twice to get it light enough to put brown in when all you had to do was add an ash color, but being a selfish unprofessional b*** you took advantage of me having no knowledge and putting my trust in you. And you got paid because my credit card was being held up front you're lucky I didn't bash you're face in... But Id be happy to go around in your parking lot again and distribute copies of what you wrote to my credit card company.. you know leave them on the cars of everyone in that parking lot littered all over the place... How would you like that you dirty f**ing bitc* no wonder your husband divorced you... your a lying skan*. do yourself a favor and try and at least get a g.e.d and attend even a basic community college..You're a looser .. have a nice day. Oh and If I ever see you out in public I would advice you to run the other direction because I will make a fool out of you... and keep the post coming...Its been what 2 years.. You don't honestly think I'm going to go away do you.. You destroyed my hair and wouldn't refund my money and the only way you'll ever get me to stop reviewing your crappy salon with my experience is when you hand deliver me my refund with a written apology... and since that wont happen you can count on me coming back again and again... and btw when you fu*K with someones hair and it all falls out and they run into your salon screaming and crying you don't toss them a conditioner treatment and refuse a refund or to correct anything..its just bad business and clearly the fact that you had something like 27 awful reviews for your salon with similar complaints means that your the screwed up a**hole lacking professionalism and your salon is just as bad as ghetto trash with a middle class price tag.. Everyone kows bleach doesn't process for 2 hours AND the halo is timed and stops, why were you such a moron as to just sit there and not go back to your stylist to have your stylist check your color, and even more, if you were REALLY that unhappy why did you pay the bill.
