Don't buy a Stella at this place! I was charged $6.45 for a "20 oz. Stella", it was less than 12 ounces, in a cute little brandy glass.... \r

The European street cafe attached to the liquor store is an excellent place to get a quick bite to eat if you're busy during the week or if you're looking to relax on a weekend you can come here and try the most than impressive beer and wine list. Food is tasty, staff friendly, and the service is quick.

We have had excellent sandwich platters from this fine restaurant. Their wait staff has always been friendly and competent and they have excellent bargains on their "happy hours". They are a bit pricey but the value is there. We would definitely recommend you try them.

European Street has great sandwiches. They also have a good Happy Hour of two for one with a huge selection of beers! There is inside and outside seating. Being located just a few blocks from the beach, it is a great location to stop and grab something to eat after a long day at the beach!

A fine place for a soup and sandwich lunch. Very fresh ingredients, dozens of ornate sandwiches (like pastrami and corned beef with sauerkraut and melted cheese on pumpernickel) and perhaps 100 beers on draft or bottle. Nice small wine list, too. Lively crowd (don't hold a business meeting here) but overall a neat place. We return every week, and the desserts could (do) tempt the strongest of us to surrender.

Pros: food, price, people-watching

Cons: limited parking, can be loud, crowded
