Finally we found a reservation at 7:30pm after trying for several wks and refusing to eat at 11 pm.The valet parking was $20 ,and greetings at the door were proper ,we were seated rather fast considering the place was full.
Our dinner was ok,the lobster bisque was enough for 2 ,maybe 3 people, and it had a generous amount of lobster meat and had a great flavor and consistency, the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake was kind of plain ,it really tasted like chicken. We both ordered fillet mignon and they came fine, I did not found a significant difference between the 8 oz and the 12 oz,beef was standard or at the most select but not prime .We shared the Dulce De Leche Bread Pudding ,and we were both disappointed by the appearance, the texture and the taste ,it was a bad dish ,the ice cream was ok, as well as the espresso. This the kind of place I think is okay to go once but I am not planning in retuirning any time soon,I think they are plenty of better choices in Miami like Red,Gothan,Tuscan,Ruth Chris, with way better real prime steaks.

Ok, I have dined at Prime One Twleve manyyyy many time. And my family has dined there for years, I felt compelled to write a review after just being fed up.

I will give credit where credit is due - the food at this place is amazing. And I am a very picky eater and think that I have a pretty mature and experience palette. And Im saying the food here is veryyy good. BUT, this is the MAJOR draw back of this place, the service that you receive at the front of the house is just HORRIBLE. I have never had any problem what so ever with any waiter. The wiaters have all been excellent. BUT be prepared if you go to get treated like crappp by the hostess' at this joint. I mean they are so rude it is incredible.

Unless you are a movie star, singer, athlete...someone famous, or someone with money that they can recognize, expect them to treat you like dirt. Personally I dont really understand why they are so rude, after all they are ONLY the hostess...I mean they WORK there, they dont own the place.

Many ppl no longer think Prime One Twelve is worth going to only because of the aggravation you will have to deal with. There are a 100 wonderful restaurants on the beach that serve amazing food. If they dont up their ante at the restaurant with their service from the moment you walk in. I can pretty much guarantee they'll start to loose alot of money. I will not be going back anytime soon, it is very expensive there, and when I am spending that type of money I expect to get the best of both food and service.

As I said, great food HORRIBLE service. Be prepared to be treated like a dog..... unless ur famous that is.

a party of 20 people who had to call their 'events planner' to schedule the dinner and sign a contract for this large party. she never called only wanted to dialogue through emails which is impersonal. the fixed menu was not flexible and could not be changed. when our conference was running late, i called to delay reservation time from 7pm to 730. they said they could not and that we had to be done by promptly 930pm. which was a lie (i'll get to that shortly). so we rushed our conference to get there on time since we wanted to have the time w/ our folks. when we got there they said that the reservation was for 18 and was very inflexible to add 2 more seats even though we said we could 'sqoosh' together. we had to speak to the manager to communicate how the waiter was insulting our guests. many were from europe. the food was a prix fix menu and we could not deviate from the menu. we only had to speak to manager to add a few changes to accomodate some dietary issues. unreal! even though we spent $4000 the service was poor. i felt that they didn't want our business. i know south beach is pretentious but we were paying $4000 and the service was poor, food average, and the overall attitude of the restaurant poor. we will never have an outing at any of the myles restaurant group again.

Absolute Graphics PRIME 112 RESTAURANT? WTF? First of all if you want to impress your lover with an awesome dinner date and want to spend the same amount as you would but with better service, romance and class just do the following: Call Chef Ingram @ 305-360-1352, he will meet with you to find out what will be the best dinner for your... occasion. You will not be disappointed and you will gain outrageous brownie points. Now Back to Prime 112, this place is clearly for the name brand people. People that are not concerned with good quality and service but more so with Gliz & Glam and unknown fame. The food simple is at best a high priced Red Lobster, but less romantic. Two of three of the meals we tried were sent back, The shrimp were large but fried extremely too hard, The much ordered Sea Bass simply did not taste good and was tried by two people. Although the service was good the food was over priced and with the 18% gratuity my meal for one person still ended up being $125. Further, if you like myself love to enjoy a nice cognac, you should have it before you leave the house. Cognac starts at $35 to over $400 for a glass. As far as i am concerned there are hundreds of fine restaurants in Miami that will satisfy your Hunger, Wallet and dinner Company far more than Pime 112.

I went to Prime 112 last night for dinner. I had a group of 10 people and had reservations at 10:30 PM. When I got there, they told me that they had a wait of 40 minutes, which was annoying. They also said that because of our large group, we (ironically) would be seated sooner than the smaller parties. After the 40 minute wait at the over-crowded and very small bar area, where we kept getting bumped into, I went to the front counter to check on the reservation.

We were told it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting now a full hour, I again went to the desk to check on the reservation and they said it would be another 15 minutes. We did not get seated until an hour and forty-five minutes after our initial reservation, which wasn't until 12:15 AM!! What a sham!

To top it off, we didn't even get seated in the main restaurant and they took us to their annex which was in a different building.

Yes, to be fair, they did buy us a round of drinks. But they ruined our entire evening and we had to cancel our plans for the later part of our evening as we didn't leave there until after 2:00 AM.

Furthermore, while some in our party enjoyed their meal, others felt that the steaks weren't that good and that the food was over-rated.

I would strongly caution anyone wanting to go to Prime 112 to BEWARE!

My husband and I have been to numerous "upscale" steakhouses and restaurants. This felt more like a meat market, where all the customers are cramped together without enough space for patrons or servers to move around. It was for our anniversary and we couldn??t even converse because of the loud noise that result from all diners being seated almost on top of each other. The food was good and portions were more than enough but definitely not worth the price. We??ve had better steak and lamb chops in other places such as Capital Grill, Smith & Wollensky, Houston, Flemming??s, Frankie??s, etc. If you are looking to try it once, go for it but be prepared. It is good atmosphere for loud big groups but not for romantic dinners.

If it weren't for the entitlement issues of the disagreeable hostess, we may have had dinner. Having introduced ourselves in an overly friendly manner, as friends of the manager, we expected to be treated with a little courtesy. We were not expecting her to be argumentative, condescending and just plain rude. Nor were we expecting to be upgraded on the wait list. We simply wanted to say hello to a friend.

We excused ourselves to the bar, where we awaited a greeting from our friend. The bartenders, while very busy, were accommodating, as I am sure the rest of the staff may have been. We wouldn't know for the hostess never sat us.

After reading several reviews, I realize that 1-1-2 represents the star rating for this below par restaurant. 1 = Unpleasant staff, 1 = Crammed seating and extensive wait, even with a reservation and 2 = Mediocre food.

My girlfriend and I love to go to prime 112 for any occasion. The food is expensive but totally worth it. The portions are fair. You have to try the truffle fries and my girlfriend loves the fondue!

We had a fantastic experience at Prime 112! Made reservations less than a week in advance for Memorial Day weekend for 7:30 on Thursday night and were seated within 20 minutes of arriving - perfect for getting a drink at the bar and enjoying a piece of their signature bacon bar snack. Filet was cooked to perfection, grouper was to die for and mac & cheese was the best we have eaten. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We tried this restaurant after hearing mixed reviews about it and were seated late with careless service, in an overcrowded room with average food. We ate at Devito the next night and loved it.. Much better steaks and Italian food and great service with twice the ambience...

My husband and I dine at Prime 112 whenever in Miami and it is by far our favorite restaurant. We have never had a bad experience and the food and service is always consistently amazing. We learned from our first dinner to avoid ordering entrees and instead having apps and sides to enjoy more variety from the extensive menu. Go in with a good attitude and be prepared to wait and you will not be disappointed. Try to save room for the deep fried oreos.

So we got a reservation through a "friend" of a "friend" on Monday night, and sat down immediately! So far so good. The menu was not as expansive as I though it would be, and the sides were not that appealing, and were too plentiful for 3 people. They should serve smaller portions so you can actually finish the sides. The mac and cheese tasted rather garlicy , too strong for me. When a "famous" rap music producer came in, my daughter turned to look, then said she wasn't sure the person was who she thought it was. I told her to Google him and get the picture, then she would know. Well, I guess the "celebrity police" otherwise known as the hostess overheard me saying to my daughter, " did you get the picture" and she stormed over and said NO PICTURES! I tried to get a word in to say we were googling, not taking pictures, but she kept repeating herself, "We don't allow pictures...You can't take pictures...Its rude etc..." Well my Bronx almost came out, but I tried to be the better person and said "Dont worry we aren't taking pictures."
I think the restaurant is overpriced and I've had food that tasted just as good at local restaurants. A lot of hype for nothing, and yes there were also empty tables that night, so whats with the no available seating??Is it to keep up the image of chicness? Not my 1st choice next time I'm in South Beach.

Rude hostess, never have table for 2 persons even when calling ahead of time. They think they are the only steakhouse in town. Iam a concierge on south beach and I get negative feedback 70 percent of the time from guest I send there. Bottom line I had a bad experience whenever I have rude guest I send them there have fun dont be rude to hotel staff or you might just find yourself eating at overpriced prime 112, seatting on top of eachother

food was adequate...front door person simply not well trained or managed. Didn't feel wanted?
service ok, but lost for long periods, steak quality similar to ruth chris, tastes like choice meat not really marbled well..average and small cramped dining room.

Prime 112 wouldn't be able to hold its own if it wasn't for location. The staff is pompous and the sitting was one atop of each other. The service was unattentive and the steak was prepared at the wrong temp. and was a bit cold. Being a person that travels to miami frequently on business from NYC and dining at greats like Peter Luger and Gallaghers, I can't see what the big allure is. I've tasted better steak at Ruth Chris in Richmond Va. Unless you like bad holy then thou service and sub-par cuisine avoid Prime 112. Save yourself the trouble and go to Smith and wollenskys or better yet Tuscan steak that has stood the test of time for good reason.

To begin with the valet parking was outrageously expensive and the parkers were rude. The french onion soup was utterly awful, and the other appetizers were bland and tasteless. They charged several dollars just to brush my steak with butter. I've had better steaks at Outback.. Skip this restaurant and go somewhere else.

Word is that Prime 112 is HOT !
Let me tell you, It's NOT !!
What I experienced is Rude, Arrogant, and Incompetent Service.
I was under the impression that we would have terrific Prime-Grade steaks.
3 out of 4 persons in my dining group received their steaks overcooked.
All steaks arrived Medium Well to Well done.
The problem is that only 1 person asked for it Med-Well.
When brought to the attention of the server who was totally indifferent,
we were told that it was impossible because they are the "best restaurant" in Miami and their chef wouldn't Overcook anything !!
When shown the steaks, the server replied that we were mistaken and that they were cooked to our temp. request.
We requested to speak to a manager who arrived after waiting 25 minutes.. The whole time the steaks were sitting on the table uneaten because the server refused to replace them.. The manager arrived and without hesitation and without even looking at the the steaks to verify that they were overccoked,
he said, "Gentlemen, why are you complaining; Don't you know we are the Best restaurant in Miami ? "

I guess that's their mantra; When a customer complains about the Lousy service, rude staff, the 1 hour wait to get a table even with a reservation, and the overcooked, overpriced steaks;
They just reply "We're the Best."

When told that we would like to have new steaks cooked properly; we were told that we would have to pay for the steaks as well as the newly prepared steaks.
This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had !!

Any way we angrily told them to bring us the check and that we were leaving..
We did not eat the overcooked meals and they were left on the table.

DON"T TRY THIS RESTAURANT.

OVERPRICED AND OVERHYPED !!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

In typical Miami fashion, Prime 112 is perhaps the most expensive steakhouse in the Miami area. On a Sat. night recently, we were kept waiting for a full hour after our reservation time, very usual for this place...
The bar was sooo crowded and noisy, my party of 4 could not enjoy a drink while people were grinding against us to get around us and everyone else... The dining area was sooooooooo loud we had to shout to one another to communicate!!! As stated, bring the excedrin as enjoy a very good steak for $49(ribeye)...
Better yet why not enjoy your company's conversation and a little refinement somewhere else. Sorry Prime 112.

The dining area was sooooooooo loud we had to shout to one another to communicate!!! As stated, bring the excedrin as enjoy a very good steak for $49(ribeye)...
Better yet why not enjoy your company's conversation and a little refinement somewhere else. Sorry Prime 112.

Prime One Twelve is good, but it isn't THAT good. I will give you a brief synopsis, as I have been there about 30 times. The ambiance is good, but on weekends it is so crowded you can't move. Ask to be sat upstairs if they will let you. You must call a few weeks in advance, by the way to get a table. They are always packed. If you can, try it first on a week night. You being unknown to the staff, and not a regular will wait for your table even with a reservation. I have had to wait myself twice, and it is, what it is. They are swamped. The bar area is extremely packed usually which I find irritating. It's tiny and narrow, and people will keep passing by and smush you. Anyway, the table layout is a bit screwed up, but it's a old building they restored so not much you can do about it. The food is good, but for what they are charging it better be. Expect to pay at least one hundred dollar per person, EXCLUDING tip and alcohol. Recommendations? Well I have had everything on the menu. It's all good. You can't go wrong. The service is efficient. Never had a problem in any of the times I have been there. It is a good place to go if you are star struck, and want to ooh and ah at the who's who of Miami. I am unimpressed by that as I have lived here all my life and go out quite a bit. But if that is your thing or you want to impress a client, take them there. However, don't expect to talk business if you take them there Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. Enjoy.

Pros: Food is very good, service is good, great for star-struck people

Cons: Tiny crowded bar, Expensive, LOUD

.

Initial impression: Rude, ditzy, poorly-trained host staff. Our other party members were late, but we knew they were coming. We asked to be seated so we could begin ordering wine and drinks, but were told the whole party had to be present before being seated. She also told us we had two hours before they wanted to turn the table - I've NEVER been spoken to like this at a restaurant!

(This girl was so rude, but I was so intrigued with how talented she must be to keep her cut-to-the-navel shirt on her breasts, I forgave her b****y demeanor.)

We couldn't get to the bar because it was so tiny & crowded; we couldn't be seated so had to stand in the tiny foyer; and she kept coming up to us asking if our friends were coming or not. Finally, our friends arrived and we were seated at a great table in the back. The waiters were great, the food was great and large portions, and the wine & martinis were fantastic - so we didn't mind paying the eye-opening prices. However, they actually made it obvious they wanted us to leave after a certain amount of time, although our bill came to well over $1,200!

Summary: The atmosphere is loud, the host staff are rude & lacking in customer skills, and it's not a great place for quiet conversation. But, the food is awesome, as are the wine & spirits!

Bottom Line: If you can get past the overcrowded conditions & the noise, it's a great place to eat.

PS If you can figure out how she kept that daringly low-cut shirt on her chest, I'd like to know - I could use some of that technology!

I had a business dinner arranged and had plenty of time to get the reservations I wanted several weeks in advance. 3-30-07 Friday night at 6:45 PM. I arrived early with my wife at 6:35 PM. The others in my party were all late. They arrived at 7:25 PM. They will not seat you until all of your party arrives. So we did not order a drink or anything during my wait. The hostess came up to me and said (could have said it nicer) "Is your party going to arrive"? I asked her "Are you receiving the tip?" Long story short: The rest of the group got there, we ordered way overpriced wine, and some great food!! We dumped about 1K for 6 people. When the wine was gone and the dessert was finished and we were laughing and having fun at about 10:00 PM they asked us to leave because they needed the booth we were in. Friggin nervy. Bottom line: Great food, overpriced vino, great service, won't go back on my dime but I will on someone else! Finito.

Great food, great ambiance. I have eaten here several times since it opened, and never had a bad experience. The only draw back is that the bar area is not large enough for the amount of people waiting to be seated; also be prepared to pay a hefty price

Our "unforgettable" experience at Prime 112 on S. beach started way before the car attendant asked me for $30 to park (exhibit) my car right in front of the place. For weeks I had tried to get a reservation for my family. Every time I called the experience was the same. A "lady" full of attitude would always put me on hold immediately and had me waiting for at least five or ten minutes and sometimes for more than one time during the call. Every time she would say that even though I was calling days in advance of the desired date and time, it would always be the same result, nothing before 1130 PM. The answer came right away and blunt and it seemed like she never even checked to see if there was anything else (playing "hard to get" and busy was my impression). In view of my lack of success I asked my wife to try as she is patient and maybe the "lady" did not get along with men very well. After going through the same treatment and holding for some 15 minutes, she was "able" to get a reservation for 530 PM on Sunday (not the day we wanted of course nor the hour). Not a person to ever curse, my wife told me what a b...h after her experience with old friendly.

Once we were seated, the unenthusiastic attendant went through the motions and we were served. The food was average (do not go for the key lime pie) and the service OK. The only portion which was big was the check. Over $400 for four people, three of which were non-drinkers of alcoholic beverages. What was very interesting was that my wife had been told that it was 530 PM, take it or leave it and the restaurant was empty at 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 and half empty at 7:00 and not that full at 730 when we left, so I wondered why almost a week before, when we made the reservation, we could not get anything better than 530 PM on Sunday!!!

Net net, another one of those highly priced, hype full, south beach restaurants which are not very customer friendly although I have to say that old friendly takes the cake.

I guess when your one of the hottest restaurants right now you might forget to do the simple things correctly. Prime 112 is the talk of the town, but hopefully for not much longer. It?s a place to see or be seen because it definitely isn?t there for the food. I have been to all the good steakhouses Miami has to offer and Prime 112 is at the bottom of that list. When you call yourself a steak house and charge the same prices as the best you should at least try to keep up with the big boys. Prime 112 shows itself to be simply this, a poser. The hostesses are clueless and rude, you?d think they'd be more then dumb bimbos when you pay top dollar (there nice at Capital Grille, pretty and smart, try it Prime 112). The waiters are numerous but they can?t compare to the knowledgeable and professional waiters found at Smith & Wollensky and Capital Grille. The food was mixed, the grouper was odd and covered in cheese sauce, the sirloin was of the same quality as one made in a microwave, the filet mignon was nothing compared to steaks found elsewhere, the only good main course was a porterhouse that was done well (has to be since its the most expensive plate on the menu). This place makes you pay for sauces, that?s right sauces, we ordered some.... steak sauce (A-1 with honey I?ll make my own thank you) and a chimichurri that I could make in five minutes (good going for a steakhouse in Miami). The deserts dear lord what did I do to deserve this ok pudding cake and key lime pie (again we are in Miami it should be easy) which tasted like a cheese cake made with Swiss cheese and not even a hint of key limes. As I walked out of a horrible over priced meal that took us 3 reservations to land, I could only laugh at the idea of people who liked this pseudo-tourist trap because they should be going to Smith & Wollensky right next door for a real meal, good service and a place that will still be here in two years instead of a Flemings wannabe. When you copy others try to improve!

After 3 times trying to get reservations we finally got one today at 5:30 PM. You have to pay 30 bucks for keeping the car in front of the restaurant or 15 if the valet brought it to the lot. We go inside and there is only one other couple there. We sit down and get the menu, honestly nothing special. Some overpriced steak, highly overpriced sides which I did not even order because they seemed really bad. I got a wedge salad which was pretty good, a lot of dressing and two types of lettuce. Then the entrees came out I had a Filet Mignon it was O. K. I had asked for a "homemade" steak sauce which tasted like A1 and honey. My mom had Filet Mignon but hers was butterfly cut and tasted like hamburger meat. My dads T-bone was excellent. My brothers fish had crab on top which had cheese that tasted like doritos. Finally dessert came I ordered Key Lime Pie...don't get me started, I took one bit and I put my fork down and started laughing it was horrible. I'm not exaggerating when I say it tasted like feet. My brother said it tasted like a cheesecake made of Swiss cheese. My mother had a chocolate pudding cake which was very good. The check brought a comment card, big mistake. When I came home and went on their web site to complain there was not place to leave a comment. I guess because they were being left too many complaints. If you want steak go next door to Smith & Wollensky. So many better restaurants around like Joe's and Capitol Grill

I can't comment on the food because I was so turned off by the snotty little trollop who messed up my reservation that I left without eating there. Anyone who would pay big money to be treated like a peon, no matter how good the food supposedly is, should have their head examined. Also the word is they write great reviews for the place and send them in under assumed names. Prime 112 can kiss my royal backside.

Prime 112 is a hot happening place that it is practically impossible to get a reservation at. The food there is excellant, even though my steak was undercooked and the servers are very attentive. But, the place is very cramped, making you feel as though you have absolutely no elbow room or room to move your chair. And worse, the place is very loud. If you are interested in having a conversation with anybody at the table besides the person directly next to you, do not go here. Also, although the steaks and sides are yummy, it is very overpriced. Just as good steaks can be had at smith & wollensky for cheaper with less noise and more room to move around.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place. I had booked this place for dinner for a special occasion for three people. We were waiting an hour and a half to for our mains. The food is very average, definitely nothing to rave about. The waitress needs a lesson in customer service, coming back to our table three times to argue with me over my order. Very embarrassing, disgustingly over-rated.

Although its pricey, this is the best steak house in Miami / South Florida (I have been to all of them). They have a very large menu so even if you're not in the mood for steak you can still find something. Everything is prepared to perfection and the wait staff is super helpful and knowledable. Everyone goes here, especially on weekends... I have seen Dwyane Wade from the Heat (the entire Heat team eats here after alot of their games), Jessica Simpson, and Jeremy Shockey while eating here. Make sure you get reservations far in advance, they are booked weeks ahead for Friday / Saturday's.

Pros: Great Food, Great Service, People Watching

Cons: Pricey, Hard to Get Reservations, Very Busy Late at Night

.

My husband and I heard a lot about how great this resturant was so we decided to try it ourselves. We were not disappointed. The service was very attentive, but not overbearing, and the food was amazing. The shrimp cocktail included shrimp the size of a small animal. The garlic mashies were devine and the steak, well, it was nothing short of spectacular. The portions are enormous, which suited us just fine because we had a great lunch meal the next day. If you don't want to wait, make your reservation before 7:00 and you will be seated immediately.

This place is the best resturant in Miami! I have been there 2 times and both times it was an unbelievable experience. Yes we did wait the first time for our seat about an hour but the second time we got a drink at the bar then was seated right away. If you do not eat steak do not stop that from you visiting Prime 112. I do not eat meat or seafood and this is still my favorite resturant in Miami. The salads and sides are the best and if you do enjoy a good steak everyone I have been with says this is by far THE BEST they ever had!!

This place is crowded every nite of the week...no exception; so make a reservation. It's a lively scene and filled to capacity. The food is awesome and it's worth the inflated prices.

Pros: Food, wine, atmosphere

Cons: Wait, slow service, prices

Yes, this place is expensive and crowded. We ate with one of the owners, and we still had to wait for a table!! great filet--cooked perfectly! share the sides/salads--we had 4 people and still had Ceasar salad left over! great people watching--we saw several former NFL players. There is ALWAYS someone there! Superb wine list (but very pricey!).

This place is a great post Heat game dinner spot. One of the best. Its often frequented by Heat players themselves. Prime 112 is one of the hottest restaurants in SOBE. The food is fantastic. Shaq has been spotted here several times.

Prime 112 specializes in steaks and although thats what I always get, I have tasted the Kobe hamburger and that gives the steaks a run for their money. Maybe Shaq eats the Kobe?

Prime 112 side dishes are not the typical stuffy ala carte fare you get at say Morton's or Capital Grille. Some popular sides are truffle mac and cheese and vanilla bean sweet potato mash.

The ambience at Prime 112 is typical South Beach, but turned up a notch.

Not for kids.

Dress is sheek casual to dressy.

PROS: Food, Ambience, Service
CONS: Price

All reservations wait in this highly over priced restaurant. There is no such thing thing as managment here just a few guys wearing suits. The food is very good but it takes forever to come to the table. The hosts are clueless!!!! The owner is only interested in hanging out with the C level celeb's that come in. TO all save your money and go to a restaurant that will give you proper service no matter what your name is.

Ummm! Delicious expensively priced food. A place to see and be seen. An absolute MUST when visiting Miami or if you are a beautiful local, this must be on your roster. Expect a long wait to be seated and long wait for drinks while waiting at the bar. The portions of food are huge and sides are enough to easily be shared at your table. Food is prepared deliciously and the presentation is exceptional as well. Its a bustling and loud environment for dinner with lots of celebratinig around. I have had a great experience every time that I have been there. Highly recommended!

Prime 112 the hottest steakhouse in town, overall highly recommended restaurant. But a lot people complain about the wait and for that there is a solution. If you really want to try the food and don't have a lot of time.Go to Prime for lunch. They do have some lunch specials like the delicious Cobb Salad serving two people and the famous Steak Sandwich, one of Shaq's favorite.

One of the best restaurants in the still sizzling South Beach. Terrific food, beatiful crowd, always, always packed.. Make sure you call in advance in order to book a table... and expect to wait when you get there.... and expect to pay big bucks too.... But Who Cares?!???! It should be illegal to have that much fun in a Steak House.

Come prepared to wait, even with a reservation, but be ready for one of the best meals of your life. I have visited this restaurant twice with highly selective guests and have not been dissapointed- even when ravenously hungry after the wait. The wine list is terrific and food is delicious. This restaurant is even great for those who don't enjoy steak, with seafood dishes that are perfectly prepared. BTW don't let my comment about the wait deter you from this experience. If you don't enjoy the laid back Miami life (aka eating an hour after your reservation) simply plan on an earlier reservation time to eliminate the back up.
