In 1998, "The Big Ranch" underwent a renovation and expansion that brought this hideaway to a restaurant with a full bar, catering, and free delivery, without missing a beat. The crab enchilada with rice and beans was stuffed full of crab and veges. It was superb! The waitress was so very friendly, fast service and attentive. The prices were great and the servings were so big, I had another meal at home with the leftovers. I would highly recommend. First Review! This is not another crappy Tex Mex restaurant. Great salsa, fresh, hot chips, excellent refried beans, A+ mole sauce. I highly suggest the "Burrito Californiano" & the margaritas. This is one of three places in Miami that serve the real deal! What a change from the band, tasteless stuff served at other places.
