Really friendly and helpful owners and staff. Lots of fun and know their products. Prices are great. So glad to have this place in Cape Coral! Buy stuff for my dog and saltwater fish there. Place is really clean

Everyone was really fun,crazy and THEY CARED!! I got a free dog toy just for going in! I have NEVER felt appreciated at any other pet store!! I am now a regular and they know my name as well as anticipate my needs before I even ask! This store is family owned and I am so impressed that I actually bought a new puppy for my kids (something I thought I would never do from a pet store) and we are all having a blast! The same breed was $600 more at another store! That should show that they are about the experience not ripping people off!! I LOVE IT!!

I used to go into the store when the previous owner was there and the new owners are wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices are the lowest in town, that I have seen. It is the only pet store that I will go into. They have really cleaned up the place, they have a nice variety of items, and they take the time to help everyone.

The new owners are two brothers that really care about their business and their customers. I am in this store at least 2 times a week to get lizard supplies. And if you need something the will get it for you if they do not have it. Try doing that in a chain store you are lucky at a chain store if you get someone to acknowledge that you are a real person. They have really turned this store around in a very short time. I am so glad that they are there. Everyone should stop by and check them out. Give the local guys some of your money instead of the corporation that thinks you are a number in their daily reports. Give money back to the local economy.

I'm in there at least once a week with my son and everybody knows us and greets us. My son's hamster that he had brought from Boston and had for 2 years had just died and they just GAVE him another one to fill his place. He was SO excited!!
We ended up going back for all of our needs and have since bought 2 more pets. It's now our family store : )

I am a leopard gecko breeder my first year. they know about all animals. reptiles, furry, dogs,cats, and fish.

THEY ROCK !

It had been awhile since I had stopped by this store, too, but what a change! I found out that the business sold recently and now has a great new look! New paint, new merchandise and some new staff. Really looks great and it is obvious they care! I have a lot of friends in the Cape so I am over there often. I know they get tired of running to Fort Myers to pick-up the smallest item, so I think everyone will really enjoy being able to get their pet stuff without having to drive to south Fort Myers-an you can support a local business not some big chain. Stop by if you haven't in awhile!

I've actually past this store many times! Its in a good little shopping center but it dont stick out very well so its hard to see. I've only been in there once because the prices were just outrageous and as far as animals they didnt really have anything there! Maybe i was there on an offday or something. Non of the staff said hello or offered any help so i left and havent returned

I went to Discount Pets recently and what a difference!! They have changed the whole place and CLEANED as well as STOCKED the shelves!! The new owners are really great and the prices are living up to the name!! They will match ANY and ALL competitor's prices!! I could not believe what a difference after I swore I would not go back! I highly reccomend you check it out!! The big stores are too far away and nobody is around to help me! Discount Pets is right around the corner and they even carried my dog food to my car!

I have been to plenty of pet stores and this one is the best! It had all kinds of stuff that would never interest me in any other store but it was all fun to look at. I don't have a dog but the clothes and jewelry were really cool and the bakery was making me hungry even though it's for dogs! Everyone was awsome and I got everything I needed and I know I saved some money! I bought the same fish food at Walmart and Discount Pets was cheaper! I AM GOING BACK and so should you!
