Like the person 5/2010, I sent everything as told. Paid my $100 and sent the dates. I got an email on 8/27/2010 to say call and set up dates. I called, but forgot to get my friends info, so called back today. The girl told me that it was no longer good and they would just send back the money because I was suppose to follow the directions in the email and take care of this within 1 week. I pulled up the email and it says no such thing. I will keep ranting and raving to them, until I get some kind of action, good or bad. We all need a class action lawsuit, to give us each a cruise with no additional money. Sounds fair to me. I got a call this week from the same client of their's to come back and receive another cruise. I will tell them no, and give them the reason. Oh, the girl there on the phone said there was no one else to talk to and there was no manager. Here are the names of the Head Honchos:
Other Executives: President, Gary Baron, Jim Lawson, Clifford Barnard ,Kevin Kane, Elizabeth Whitmore, Tom Anderson, Ken Kam, George Kolczun, Phyllis Murphy.

FRAUD- FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD
i am the latest victim of this lawless company. what they do and what they promise are 2 very different things. they should be shut down. they are claiming that they gave me documentation that stated i needed to call or login to their site 60 days before my expiration date of 8-1-2010 (55 days from now) so - they are refusing to allow me to travel on a cruise that i was promised, even though i called the company months ago and specifically asked how to book my trip. my story is the same as most other postings - they never gave me any documentation! they are lieing to protect their feable little profits. how sad. im told that gary baron is the president of this company. if so, he should be ashamed of the way he has to train his people to lie - all for money. oh you wait - mr spirit incentives president - your day of getting what you give - will be here before you know it. good luck with that. i would be more than happy to provide additional information to help others permanently turn the lights off at 2455 E sunrise blvd.

I just got off the phone with Spirit Incentives. After listening to a timeshare presentation in September, I was given a certificate leading me to book a "free" vacation through Spirit Incentives. They were clear about the dates required to send in a deposit. I sent them my deposit within the time allotted. They said that once they received and processed my deposit, they would send an email with instructions on how to book my vacation. I never received it. I called this morning and they said that they received my deposit but it was too late to book a vacation and my certificate has expired. They said that they sent me a booking email in December- which was not true. Its not in my spam box or deleted emails. I explained to them that the certificate states an expiration date of 9/2010 and it is now 5/2010 and I should still be able to participate. They said that its expired because there are no more available vacation dates between now and 9/2010! Apparently these terms are listed somewhere on the original "certificate". When I mentioned that those terms are not written anywhere on my certificate he said that I must have lost it and that they would be happy to send me a copy of a my "certificate". I asked for my money back. I would be willing to participate in a class action suit as well.

I am one of Spirit Incentives most recent victims. I was supposed to receive a 7 day cruise for two and a 2 night weekend at Myrtle Beach. Neither of which materialized. If anyone is planning a class action law suit against this company please contact me. I am willing to be a complaintant. I have already filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals in Florida and North Carolina. These people should be held accountable.

I AM QUITE SURPRISED WITH THE REVIEWS I READ NOW. SO FAR MY COMMUNICATIONS HAVE BEEN IN WRITING ONLY. THEY WERE PROMPT AND ACCURATE IN THEIR PROMO. NOW, MY NEXT MOVE IS TO CALL THEM TO BOOK A CRUISE THAT WAS PRE-given THRU my TIMESHARE-which has been an honest operation. Spirit has my $50 good faith deposit and so it is bye bye, if your experiences are so. The only fees will be for svc ,port gov't taxes & fees and local taxes (approx $130,subject to change). After the trip is book, $50 deposit is refunded within 30 days after travel is completed. I will update my experience within the next 10 days, sip, as I get details of a 4 day cruise from port canaveral fla to bahamas and back. So I will expect all the heads up here.

I just hope and pray you read this and you do not send in money to this outfit, as we did. I look at it as a $100 lesson in life. No one responds to e-mail, and if you plan on calling you had also better plan on being on hold until you give up the fight. I have no idea how these company's can continue to do business. They have my money and I just have hate for how they treat others....

I was promised a cruise and that is all I want. I went on the tour which took 3 1/2 hours, not the two hours they had said upfront. The resort was beautiful. I have just filed a complaint with a company apparently I'm not allowed to say on here. You can figure it out though.

While I was booking my free cruise, I was told by the agent Deana that my husband and I were booked in a room with bunkbeds unless we paid $75/person to upgrade, which I did. Come to find out, not one room on any Royal Caribbean ship has only bunkbeds. They refuse to refund me, and told me there were no lower grade staterooms available, forcing me to only take the upgraded room. Not one person in that company has any manners or knows how to use the words yes, or I am sorry.

This company is a scam. We were promised a "free" vacation and wal-mart card for attending a seminar about their vacation packages. Well, the gift card never showed up after we sent in the paperwork for it and after about 5 calls (and a few months later) we finally got it. For the vacation they let you choose between Las Vegas, Reno Nevada or Orlando. We chose Vegas and they have you select 3 travel dates and they pick the one for you based on "availability."We called to make our final reservation and pay the taxes for the trip and after being on hold for 15 minutes (and they do not have any toll-free phone numbers) they said that there was no availablity for any of our dates unless we upgraded to a higher package and paid more money. I said no way so they claim they are going to send me back the $50 deposit, but we will see...At the seminar we attended they claimed that this was how they gain their customers and that they did no advertising. Well they have not treated us very good and we will never do business with them, so they are really just turning off customers. Beware! Dont waste your time on their stupid seminars cause you aren't getting anything from it!
