Stay away. I went with my daughter to test drive an Altima. She had her own financing with capital one. We worked out a deal on an Altima and we told them from the beginning that we had our own financing and could wait to take the car. The finance "guy" did the typical "your credit is horrible" (even though the salesman said...its pretty good") and then offered my daughter a loan with capital one at 2% higher than what we already had. We told him we could wait to take the car and would come back with our draft check since we were not planning on buying today but would take the car. He went ahead and did a "courtesy contract" which locked in the higher interest rate loan but of course, in doing so, he canceled her loan with the better rate. To get the same rate with them, we had to pay more money for the car. The entire experience was filled with lie after lie and the maliciousness shown by them in the end will not be forgotten and will be posted every where in the internet that I can possibly warn others to stay away from this dealer. They purposely screwed her over on the loan because we didn't want to pay the higher interest rate. I told my daughter that this would happen if he completed the loan and it did. STAY AWAY....THERE ARE PLENTY OF NISSAN DEALERS IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND FLORIDA. What they did was pure maliciousness because they couldn't screw us over on the price of the car or get their kickback on the higher interest rate. And what they all said every step of the way was "this is our procedure" -- so it looks like their procedure is to screw people over, bait and switch (tried to slide in that we had to pay an extra $1000 to get the same interest rate we came in with and when I pointed out that we were then paying $1000 more for the car....they danced around that). Pay close attention to your final numbers!!! Better yet....do not go there.

I have taken my Volvo XC90 to this location several times. Each time something unsatisfactory has occured, but it's the closest Volvo service to me (20 minutes from home) & I kept making excuses and taking it back. The first time, they forgot to attach 3 out of the 4 nuts/bolts on the underside of my car, then blamed it on "bumpy roads rattling them out". After that, they replaced my transmission & radiator (due to an admitted manufacturer's defect)..but then a few months later, my radiator was leaking again. I had to take it in 2 times to reset the "engine service" light, and even after the 2nd time it still wasn't done!
My "favorite" time was when my car was sitting out front for an hour, I asked the service guy if that was my car & if it was ready to go, he claimed that it wasn't my car. I picked up my extra set of keys & flashed the alarm and lo and behold...it was my car! He apparently "didn't have enough time" to walk 5 steps into the waiting room & let me know my car had been done for an hour! Basically, you take your car to a dealership expecting much better service than other places, but that certainly is NOT the case here. When I told them I wouldn't be back, they couldn't care in the least...so much for customer satisfaction!

Do not do bsuienss with Weston Nissan. After agreeing in a contract to pay off our lease, they never paid it and after admitting it and after saying they would is a check, NOTHING. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY ARE GIVING US THE RUNAROUND FOR A MONTH, I WILL SUE THEM FOR SURE.

My XC90 transmission was repaired twice, at Weston Volvo, after the last repair, while I was driving suddenly, the transmission stopped in a strong and abrupt way. To make a long story short another Volvo Service Dept found, that the oil and fluids for the transmission and for wheel drive was very low, and the transmission oil dipstick was installed improperly, the propeller shaft was broken, due to the abrupt failure of the transmission, later on they found that the wheel drive was damaged because the low level in fluids .
This repair is under a 1 year warranty, but Weston Service department do not stand behind his haphazard repair job.

I received free diagnosis from Danny's Great Bears Auto Center. They informed is that the camshaft position sensor was faulty and very kindly let us know that Nissan issued a recall on that part for the 2003 Nissan Murano (THANKS DANNY!). We go to Weston Nissan for service on the recall. Their first line managers said that the recall on the camshaft does not apply to my VIN. I went home to research this. Prominently displayed on their website is a recall for the camshaft position sensor. Apparently 630,000 of the 2003 Nissan Murano's (see here: http://www.nissanextendedwarranty.com/recalls/nissan/2003/murano/nhtsa-77752.html) were effected by this, apparently mine wasn't one of them. It also says that this defect can result in a crash (we found out there was a problem with the car when it shut down while we were on the highway). I call their consumer affairs department. They wouldn't even allow me to speak with a regional specialist until I allow Weston Nissan to run their own diagnosis because they insist that the diagnosis I received from great bears was not a diagnosis that they can go by. They say that before we can move forward on the recall issue, I must first allow have Nissan run their own diagnosis. I would have let Danny's do the replacement, but I'm put between a rock an a hard place since only Nissan can program this part. So, like an idiot I allow them to run their diagnosis under the pretense that I won't need to pay for said diagnosis as long as I pay for the service needed or it is determined that I am covered under the recall. I receive a call from their regional specialist who informs me that I'll need to pay for everything: the diagnosis, the camshaft position sensor, and the service, despite the fact that I showed them a perfectly fine diagnosis that they refused to go by, and despite the fact that I had a recall on the part. These people don't smile when you enter their facility unless it looks like you're going to buy a car. They have no sense of customer service. Zero ethic. No pride. No integrity. If there's a recall on a part and you come to Weston Nissan, prepare yourself. You might end up paying for it

I was going to buy a car through the cash for clunkers program. I made a deal with a salesman and gave him my insurance and registration info and went home to find my title. The next day, I had a change of heart and decided to go with Honda instead. I went to get my registration back (it is required for the cash for clunkers deal) and they said they "lost" it. I had to call the police and sit in the showroom with the officer filling out a police report before they were able to mysteriously locate my registration and return it to me. The staff was very condescending and rude. They either lied about losing a document essential to making the deal or one should be hesitant about giving them important personal information, since they apparently misplace these things.

My car had the same "Check Engine" light come on 10 times. After that, I filed a Florida Lemon Lawsuit, and it was fixed properly. It shouldnt have to come to that.
