We had Swim Smart install our pool and we have had numerous issues since.
1 - They were to install jacuzzi jets which they never did.
2 - They (improperly) installed a solar heater which is no longer even attached to the house. It is simply resting on the roof.
3 - They installed a roof which leaks constantly.
Not only have these issues not been addressed but they do not return phone calls or emails. I would STRONGLY recommend against hiring them to do your pool or any work on your pool.
