This place is the most horrible dealership ever. I will never do business with them again and I will divert any one from buying from there. \r
The are so unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing. I financed a car from them

WARNING: FINANCE ON YOUR OWN. Do not get sucked in. SAM, the finance manager, is a known liar. Creepy sleazeball who's going to hell. Trust me, you'll know it as soon as he comes out and tries to trick you into getting preapproved financing even if you have cash or a loan from a bank or credit union. Sam works on bonuses and commission, and will offer to shave off $1000 from the price, but doesn't tell you the catch. Chances are if you have cash or a low interest loan on your own, you don't want to get involved with their financing. Remember, he won't have the exact terms for you there (he'll make them up), he has to send it in to their bank and then truth comes out weeks later.

Nice selection, but you need to be ready to haggle with price and beware that this Nissan place is a HIGH PRESSURE negotiation. Recommended for confident and experienced buyers. You WILL be had if you aren't tough and question everything.

You can knock off $1,000 to $2,000 off their selling price if you are a good talker because it's pure markup. Once you figure sales tax and the dealer fees you will be at retail or over retail even if you manage to negotiate the sticker price down.

In conclusion, HIGH PRESSURE SALES/SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE NOW/AUTO-SIGN FINANCING WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION/HIGH PRICES. Be ready to fight for your vehicle.

Horrible,Inefficient,Appaulling,Awful,Unworthy,Incompetent, and above all NEGLIGENT.
In 2009 I purchased a nissan versa and once I signed the contract the selle's and the F 7 I manager's attitude changed completely. They are nice when you are there to buy. The service was never good. But the worst was that on February of this year 2012, I traded the vehicle at another dealer,( would not go back to that one, they ripped me off). I went there to claim my extended guarantee refund, I expressed to the finance manager that I had traded the vehicle and that Suntrust had received the pay off. Also that my address had changed and that they should mail the check to me at the new address. The finance manager did not verify or make the changes on the documents he submitted to the Nissan extended Services. That was in march, comes june I had not received any correspondence. I called the F & I manager several times, left messages, never heard from him. After 2 weeks I was able to contact a supervisor there and then he called me back the next day and gave me the name and phon number of who I should contact. After many calls the person at the dealer who submitted the paperwork to the nissan told me that they had not received it so she faxed it again. A week later she gave me the Nissan phone number to call, this was now my problem they could do nothing about it. I did and guess what they had sent the check to a Credit Union the "Lien Holder"???? the Finance Manager had put on the contract the wrong lien holder. So now
the Nissan cannot do anything about it, They traced the check and it was cashed by that credit union.
Even though it was Coral Spring Auto Mall mistake they cannot help me. The check was sent in march its been 4 months Im still dealing with this issue and still don't know if or when Im going to get what its mine. This is how they do business there, irresponsibly and negligently. They are out for your money and their customer service is.... there is no customer service. IM TELLING YOU, THE LIGHT ITS GREEN, DO NO STOP AT THIS DEALER, YOU 'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO

My car was brought there by a towing company back in 2008 due to someone hitting my car. Two adjusters from two insurance companies came to gave estimates and since Coral Springs Auto Mall does not have repair facilities, it had to be sent

Every time I have tried to use Coral Springs Auto Mall I come away with what was I thinking. Service Department at the Nissan dealer, are just out and out liars. Wanted my car back after my son explained what they wanted to do, I then call to say don??t do anything. They put me on hold for 15 min. and said car had been started and was on the lift. I went to dealer and car was still in parking lot where I left it, nothing started. Got car back and got it fixed for $50.00 for what they said would cost $600.
Went to buy a 2011 Honda and wanted to see 2011 Accord but the sales man keep showing me the 2010 saying nothing had changed. I said I wanted to see the 2011 that I new was in the parking structure because the manager had told me so. When I insisted that he take me to actually see the 20011 he ask why the attitude, I walk out and purchased at Pompano Honda that day. Lazy
I just went in the Nissan dealer for a part and waited 20 min and then asked for the grill for my Altima (another one I didn??t buy from Coral Springs Auto) I had the year and model but he then said he needed the VIN # without looking at anything on the computer. I explained that car is my sons and is in Gainesville but he still would not look without a VIN. Needless to say went to Pompano Honda and got the part without the VIN#. Lazy
The attitude of this whole dealership must come from the top down because this is not a onetime thing but on going theme with every one that works at all the dealers at this Auto Mall.
I live mile away from Coral Springs Auto Mall but will never go back, to bad for both of us.

I took in my Nissan Quest in December of 2010 to get my AC and doors fixed, I was charge 2,400. I went back about ten times after that, almost every three day for them to fix my Ac. Between that time they charge me another 800.00 dollars

Just steped out of this joke of dealer. Had a WRITTEN Deal that was approved by a manager, spent about 5 hours waiting. Part of the WRITTEN Deal included some extras. After signing all papers and moving all the stuff from my old car to the new car they, the "sales manager" decided not to honor the deal due to a "missunderstanding" on the Written agreement Really!??. Talked with General Manager which was a waste of time as well thinking they care about the customer.. Ha Wrong! . THIRD Time I tried to do business with Coral Springs Automall and all three bad expieriences Do not waste your time on this trashy place Very POOR SERVICE, LACK OF SERIOUSNESS, DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AND WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.!! Shady place even the salesman was amazed to what just happened.. really!! Wow

They will sell you a car but offer zero service after. The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Do not return calls and practically yelled at me over the phone.

Buying my first car but I did ALOT of homework. My parents have experience buying cars, (4 toyotas, a honda and a lexus) and NEVER in their lives have they dealt with such scumbags...
-phone prices change
-they never call back until 2 hours later just to get a price
-when we actual came in the 3rd time to talk about prices, they TOOK my moms license hostage
- We'd ask for an OTD price, he'd go to check if the cars in stock (not the question we asked plus for the past WEEK i've been calling to make him check), over and over again. so strange!
- the car was 23,500 or so market value, he tried to sell it for 27,000 something!!
we finally left when he accidentally dropped the license. #escapefromwitchmountain
- CHUCK MARSHALL had no idea what he was doing, i knew more than he did about the packages and features and pricing by far...

dont go here.

Carl was incredible to us. He was very patient with us because it took us at least 3 days trying to figure out what we wanted and what we needed. My husband and I were going back and forth with our decision while Carl was there to provide us with answers and guidance. We thought we would probably lose him after the first day but luckily we were wrong. We are happy with our choice and the service we had received from Coral Springs Auto Mall.

I had a good experience. I always ask for a complimentary cleaning when I have the oil changed. I like Pedro the best of all the other service guys I have done business with. I asked for a little rust spot to be fixed, but never got immediate cooperation to get it fixed. Overall, I do like Coral Springs Auto Mall better than other car dealerships. I feel comfortable and the salespeople are respectable to the customer. As a female customer, that is what I look for.

Cary was great to us. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we were interested in. He made sure we received the information we needed to make our final decision. He knew which incentives would benefit us the most and he made sure we can take advantage of it. Since Honda had the best incentives, we ended up getting the Honda Accord EX.

Very bad experience with 1st Service. Bought new Honda Accord, waited for the maintenance booklet which didn't arrive in mail, went back to dearship and spoke to sales person Eric, and was told didn't need one because it was already in the computer, today took the car for service, could get oil change without paying, because we needed a coupon book. Told to either pay or come back on Monday when they can access the computer. Visited with Sales Manager Mike, bottomline "he doesn'ta have to honor maintenance because it's not in computer". Gave us business card with his info, like he is doing a big favor. This is not good customer service. If you use this dealership, make sure you get everything it in writing. We will never buy from them again and I plan on telling everyone I know.

Don't trust them- I purchased a used Toyota from them a few months ago, and it needs 1800 dollars worth of repair work! I definitely got taken advantage of. And they'll make you wait Forever. Their salesman, Mark, lied through his teeth on our test drive. I got taken advantage of... save yourself the same trouble- go somewhere else!??

My experience with Coral Springs Nissan has been a very great one. I worked with Barry and he was very professional in handling the entire sale process. The Finance agent was very courteous and helpful. They worked hard to get the deal done and made every arrangement to accommodate me so I would not encounter any inconvenience. I am very satisfied with my experience and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

It was eight months ago that my air condiction started not to work. I went to Coral Springs Auto Mall for service. They fixed it and charged me $480.00 Two hours later the air condiction lost all of it freon and was back to blowing just warm air. They charged me $480.00 for a $20.00 can of freon.
I went back and complained they said that they would check it again and came back with the NEW estimate. They wanted an additional $850.00 to fix it. When I complained that I just spent $480 with them they just laughed and asked me did I want to fix the problem or not? This was Nissan part dept.
Never again....
I complained to a Mary Pasquarella who is supposed to be the number three huncho there at the dealership and works directly under the boss (yeah, wink, wink) she was never around to complain to and IGNORED ALL OF MY ATTEMPTS
to contact her in writing and phone calls. Turns out I was lied to and she is only a cleark for the owner and NOT his AA.
After endless rounds of one sided telephone tag. I finnally gave up trying to resolve the problem. The good news is I came to my senses and resolved the problem myself. My car was an older model. I cashed in an old CD of mine switched brands and bought a brand spanking new Hyundai Genisis. That I LOVE with all of my heart. The delership was GREAT to deal with. NAPELTON HYUNDAI-
For all of you smart consumers try to figure this out?
You screw me over for $480 AND DON'T FIX MY CAR-you want an additional $800 dollars MORE and you may still not fix my car right, you ignore my attempts to resolve my problem.
I am disatisfied and give up. I spend close to $30,000 for a brand new car some where else. Money that I might have spent in your dealership in a few months since my car was on it last legs any way. Who smart now?
Mary Pasquarella you cost your company a $30,000 sale.
British Petroluem might be looking for a new CEO next month maybe you should apply for the job.
If Coral Springs Auto Mall was the last car dealership on earth I would gladly go back to horse and a buggy. But I won't have to of course because I have a truly great, reliable and well enginnered automobile that prevents me from ever having to deal with a scum bag like CSAM.

Don't trust them- you're gonna get screwed.
Their sales representative Mark Estridge sold me a car with two crappy tires and a long list of serious issues all because I was a girl and this was the first used car I've bought alone- I didn't know how to call him on his bullshit and didn't realize I was being taken advantage of until it was too late. He sold me a car without ABS and failed to mention it until the papers were signed! There's a power steering fluid leak. The back tires were warped and dangerous to be driving on. The guys at Sears were shocked that Coral Springs sold me the car with the struts as bad as they are. All four struts need to be replaced, but Mark, their sales associate, said that the road noise we heard on the test drive was just from the bad front tires that they replaced... but he lied, of course!
The car is falling apart and none of its issues were disclosed. In their fine print, it says that they're not liable for anything a sales associate says when trying to make a sale... great!
When I took a pressure reading on my back tires, this irresponsible dealership sold me a Corolla with its back tires filled to 47 psi in the back and 30 in the front!!! My god! If that's not a safety issue, I don't know what is.

Now I'm stuck with warranty-less car with lots of issues that need to be repaired. These issues were never disclosed to me.

Do your business at any place other than Coral Springs Auto Mall. When you do business with them, you'll probably end up getting screwed.
You've got a lot of other places to choose from... this place will take advantage of you! go someplace else!

Pros: nothing.

Cons: unprofessionalism

Since I have a very busy schedule, I haven't had the time to look at different car dealerships and search for the car I want. I got in touch with different car dealerships and asked them to alert me once the new shipments come in. After a month later, someone from the dealership notified me and let me know the shipment is in. I told him the price I am willing to pay and he was willing to meet me at my ideal price. I went in there that day and test-drove the car. Since they already got the paperwork ready, I just signed them and drove off the lot in no time. It was the easiest buy ever.

I really enjoyed working with Daryl. He was patient, willing to listen attentively to what I want, and worked hard to get me the car I want. Once the negotiation starts, he did try hard to work with his manager to get me a fair price. I was lucky to have someone who worked that hard for me. After I got the car, he actually called me a week later to make sure the car is running okay and to see if I have any concern or problem with it. I will definitely go back to coral springs automall for my next car.

Coral Springs Auto Mall is one of the most professional and friendliest dealerships I have ever been. Todd was very helpful to me during the entire buying process. After I made the purchase, he did a very thorough walk thru with me and make sure I understand the in and out of my new car, 2010 Nissan Maxima. After he was done, he made sure I hold on to his card just in case I have any more question about the car I just bought. I appreciate the extra mile and the attention he gave me. Todd is personable and knowledgeable. I hope my next car buying experience will be as smoothly as the one Todd provided for me.

After visiting Coral Springs Honda, I will have to say I enjoyed the visit very much. It was a relaxed environment and everyone is quite friendly. Hank and his manager were willing to work with me on a price for the vehicle that I loved. They looked into every option to get me the monthly payment & interest I would like to be in. Needless to say, I made the purchase and I am now a proud owner of a Honda CRV.

It was my first buying experience with insufficient credit history you can imagine how these sharks would drool thinking about the money they could make out of me because I was at the mercy of their terms. Yes just as another customer reported, they make you sign a paper to "buy" if they come to your terms. Ridiculous, talk about sales pressure! "Whatever", I said to myself, "just show me the numbers", so I had to sign the stupid paper. If this happens to you just say NO and walk away. Don??t fall for it because these mercenaries will manage in the end to "meet" your conditions by playing with the numbers as in a chess game, they later will do some financial tricks to put what "you" want to see but in "their" terms. When I asked them what my APR or money factor was they were evasive never told me, I had to figure that on my own. To top if off, the sales guy told me that APR didn??t really matter but what was important was that they were giving me a monthly payment in my terms or to quote ??we can't do that number but if you extend your financing period for 72 months instead of 60 we can do it"; Sounds like a deal? Well, in reality if you're paying 300 to 400 a month you're just adding another extra 5K to your total payment. In a 20K car that??s an extra 25%. In the end I leased at a premium price, and had a bad experience with them, high sales pressure, evasive answers, financial number arragements, etc..Of course I was surveyed and let it all out, can you believe that the sales guy even called me back to whine about it and ask me why I didn't give them a 5 score on the sales process? I was like are you kidding me? I was about to call customer service but I didn??t want someone to loose a job but definitely to draw their attention. Not recommended!! My advice is not to fall for theirs or any sales pressure, know the car you want, know it??s market price, know your CREDIT SCORE (forget about those free sites they don??t give you nothing for free, plain truth is to pay the freking 40 bucks to Transunion or Experian or enroll in a monthly credit monitoring service for 15/month and get your score, then find our with your credit union or bank what interest they can offer you and with that info you can step into the dealer (not this one though).

I went to there looking for a new vehicle but wasn't sure what I want. My sale rep was helpful and very knowledgeable with all of the cars (all the makes and models Coral Springs Auto Mall) they carry. Once he found out my price range, he went over all of the cars that would meet my price range. So I told him some of the features I would like to have on my car and he actually recommended a Buick LaCrosse for me. I test drove the car and loved it. I tried to be a smart consumer and didn't want to buy it out of impulse. I went home and read all the reviews about the car and compare with all of the cars that my sale rep had mentioned. A few days later, I called my sale rep and made sure the car is still available. I told him my ideal out of the door price which he and his manager agreed upon. When I arrived, they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign so I can basically just "sign and drive". Better yet, they actually wash and detail the car before I arrived so I didn't even have to wait for my car to be ready. The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend for everyone to go to Coral Springs Auto mall.

I have been bringing my car to the service center for many years and John has been my go-to guy for many years. He is attentive and responsive. He always takes his time to explain all the work that is involved in the service and will answer any technical questions that I have during service. Plus, he is always quick to offer me a rental car or pick up service if there is any delay.

I have always been satisfied with the service and purchases at Coral Springs Auto Mall. I have purchased 2 cars there so far - one for myself and one for my wife. Too bad it takes us almost an hour to get there, but it's worth it when it comes to reliable service. They always manage to get me in on my schedule. Luckily it's across from the mall so my wife and I will always shop while we wait for our cars get serviced.

I cannot imagine a worse possible experience in trying to purchase a car.
- Lied to on the phone
- chasing them for 3 days, told they will call back in 15 minutes, and never getting a call back
- lured to their dealership under totally false pretenses, with them knowing I had a pregnant wife and 1 year old baby in tow, and knowing I was at least 45 minute drive each way
- being made to wait for an hour and a half expecting just to sign the paperwork, and then they change the price at the last second
- being continously lied to
- treated poorly, neither me nor my pregnant wife being offered so much as a glass of water or coffee in 2 hours

These are the people who give the car sales industry a bad name.

Had a much better experience at two other Buick/GMC dealers who were both professional and courteous.

A friend of mine referred me to go to Coral Springs Auto Mall since I was still undecided between getting a Nissan Altima or a Honda Accord. Since it was my first time buying a car, I was completely clueless. I asked my salesperson a ton of questions and he really took his time explaining everything to me. The best of all, he didn??t pressure me getting the car immediately like I have often heard about car salesmen. I ended up getting a 2009 Honda Accord EX that very night.

The whole process was not a hassle at all ?? not as complicated as I expected. I am glad my friend told me about Coral Springs Auto Mall.

I had a great experience working with Coral Springs Auto Mall. I was interested in buying the 2009 Nissan Maxima, but I really didn??t have the time to drive or to call different places for quotes. I have submitted a quick quote form to different car dealerships and Coral Springs Nissan was the first one that had gotten back to me. The internet sale representative and I had corresponded a few times via email. He gave me all the information I need before I decided to come in for a test drive. I fell in love with the car after I drove it. The financial department was a bit busy that day since they did have to help so many customers that day. I did have to wait for 10 minutes till I get to "sign and drive".I bought the car and I am still loving it.

I went in to Coral Springs Nissan to buy my very first car. I thought I would have a disadvantage being a female, and fairly unfamiliar with what would be a good deal, but I figured I'd give it a try. They immediately came in with a payment that was within my budget, and didn't try to up sell me on anything I really didn't need. All the salespeople were super helpful, and they had me in and out within 45 minutes!!!After speaking with some friends and doing additional research, I discovered I got an INCREDIBLE deal! They now have a customer for life!

I am in the process of leasing a car for my college bound son. After being quoted the month price I asked the saleperson and his manager for the money factor and the sale price they are basing the lease payments from. After providing the money factor they told me they have to "look up the sales price." Kind of funny they know the monthly price but have no clue how they arrived at it. They will not return my calls! Being in business for many years, I am not in the habit of avoiding potential business. OK, the reality is their prices are generally higher than other local dealers. If they sense you actually know how to buy a car they will not waste their time with someone who is not going to overpay. Over the years, I test drive new cars at this dealership and nowhere else. So they do serve a purpose. I only buy from dealers who give full disclosure.

I called for an "out the door price" as I wanted to compare it to another dealer. I had taken time off and was ready to purchase. I was quite clear, "let me know your best out the door price" and if it was better than the other place I would purchase that day. They pushed me for my quote and after I gave it to them the "salesman" checked with the manager not once but twice and came back to me and told me they would come under that price. My wife and I drove all the way there only to be told they couldn't come near the price they gave me. When I met with the sales manager he said he misunderstood and didn't know it was the "out the door price"!
I then spoke to someone claiming to be the GM. He insinuated his salesman did not offer me the price he did. I asked if he was ok with these "sales tactics" and I suggested we all meet face to face and asked what he would say when the salesman admitted to misleading me? He said "what he says to his staff is none of my business". I hung up and drove to another dealer!

My husband and I bought a used SUV from Coral Springs Auto Mall and less than a month after driving off the lot we are having major problems. The car has been back to them several times and the head mechanic and his staff keep saying they cannot find what's causing the problem but they know the problem exists. They want to keep the car to do numerous checks however they have never offered to provide a rental knowing that this was a pre-existing problem prior to us purchasing the car. This is a huge inconvenience!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone unless they just wanted to waste their time!!!

Dishonest, shady, slimy are only the beginning on how to describe this dealership..

They lied about their stock and prices just to get you in there. Then they try to rip you off by charging you over MSRP, hoping that you are some kind of idiot and take them at their word.

Extremely high pressure sales, and the usual "This offer is only good if you buy the car right now"

Drove 45 minutes to negotiate a deal on a specific model that was already sold the night before. They lied and told me it was still there just to get me in there.

Never had such a horrible buying experience before in my life!!
I will tell everyone i know to avoid them like the plague..

In 2001 we brought 2 new KIA Sportage from Coral Springs Auto Mall. We had a lot of problems with one of them and for some reason they could never figure out what the problem was. That was resolved when my husband had a roll over accident on the I95 and the vehicle was no more. We brought a GMC truck in 2005. My husband took it in for a noise that he was hearing. This is several months later and I have lost count of the number of times that the truck has been in shop and they still can't find out what is wrong and it is getting worse. After they told him that that is all they can do and that is how the truck should sound he took it to a shop and he will be taking it to another dealership for the repairs since we still have warranty. Needless to say we will never shop at Coral Springs Auto Mall and if I have anything to do with it neither will any of my friends and family.

I bought my first car here, a used Kia Sephia and I got a pretty good deal. they were able to work out the payments to something that I could afford. They provided me with transportation to and from the dealership when i got my car maintanced there. They only downside was there was a small stratch and dent in the front of the car I bought that was covered by the leather "car bra" so I didnt realize it till later on, no big deal, I just wish I would have known about it sooner.

My husband went to look at a Nissan here. He was told to sign a piece of paper saying if they could come to terms that he would buy a car that day. When my husband refused to do such a ridiculous thing, he was told that they couldn't show him any cars. After that experience, we would NEVER buy a car there and steer our friends away as well.

In my years of exoeriences with Coral Springs Auto Mall I have found a variation of customer service. I have found when shopping for a new car there, they are respectful and not pushy. They ask about your needs and try to match them.

But if you go in looking for a used car, and you know the make and model of car you want, they will push a million other cars on you - whether you want/like/can afford them or not. They will call you and email you and hassle you til you are blue in the face.

PROS: pleasant when buying new
CONS: annoying when buying used

I did alot of research on the car I wanted, so I was able to call around to see who would give the best price. Coral Springs Auto Mall beat the price right away! Best of all, I went right into the finance office, and they had the paperwork ready for me to sign. No waiting around. No haggling. It was the best car buying expirience I've ever had. Excellent location!

Best of all, I went right into the finance office, and they had the paperwork ready for me to sign. No waiting around. No haggling. It was the best car buying expirience I've ever had. Excellent location!

I think the price Coral Springs Auto Mall has to offer on used cars in the best around. I was shopping for a used car for at least 2 weeks and could not find a comparable price that was even close. I am definitely happy with the service
