BEWARE OF DEALER FEES AND SHADY SALES MANAGERS. If you are purchasing a new car, make sure you are not charged with the $599 dealer service fee. On their website, it clearly states that the prices include the dealer fee is included in the advertised ePrice. But when I purchased the car, they put an additional $599 fee on top of the purchase price and said that I had to pay it. When I called about it before after doing research, the manager Jeremy D told me that they explained it and even though I caught it, I caught it too late and there was nothing he was going to do about it. When I asked if they normally put things in a contract to see if a customer will notice it, Jeremy D replied "you were comfortable with what we told you and you signed. Nothing to discuss." Thats the kind of people you need to prepare to deal with. The other manager Allen stated the same thing and would not return my calls. When I told him in a voicemail that I recorded the conversation, I instantly got a call back from the manager. What a coincidence. I will be contacting Toyota corporate offices.

am 50 years old and this was perhaps the worst sales experience of my life. DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM COURTESY TOYOTA...RUN AWAY!!!! These crooks employ exactly the type of predatory sales techniques that makes auto buying a nightmare. For those of you that have served in the military you'll know what I'm talking about. I'm referring to the creeps and flim-flam men that populate the outside of any big military installation to fleece young service members. Here's what occurred. Price quote given over the Internet was decent though there was no discussion of my trade in value. I made an appointment to talk with a sales person and establish the trade in value of my truck. The sales experience then turned into a nightmare. I arrived sharply at 0900 for my appointment and met the 1st sales person (Mark) who seemed like a decent fellow. I was told by Mark that we couldn't use his office because the "boss" had decided to go to breakfast and had forgotten to unlock the sales area. Should have been my first clue that I was dealing with buffoons. Within 1 minute of talking to Mark another "gentleman" showed up. I'll call him the enforcer. He quickly let me know that he couldn't care less about my business. He reinforced this attitude by walking away from me when I was talking to him. Yes, that's right, he turned his back on me and walked into the parking lot while I was discussing my trade in. After the "enforcer" let me know that he was giving the best deal on the planet I asked that he provide me a written quote. I guess that was the wrong question to ask because I never received one. Three phone calls over two days and no response. My assumption is that they were lying about the actual price and didn't want anything on paper. At this point I realized that clearly the behavior of the sales staff had to be more than chance. There had to be a culture within this organization that allowed this type of unprofessional behavior. Was I ever right!! How did I confirm this you might ask? Well a phone conversation with the general sales manager left no doubt that I was dealing with clowns. When I finally got the sales manager on the phone to ask where the quote was he really let me know that I was of no value as a customer. No, he said, I wasn't going to get a quote and if I knew what was good for me I would drive right over and close the deal because I would never find a better deal, anywhere, period! I'm paraphrasing somewhat, but that was the gist. The only term that I think of to describe this guy's attitude is a "punk". That ended my dealings with this shady group. Interesting to note that I waited about 3 hours and contacted another dealer. He found me the exact truck that I was looking for and gave it to me for $400 less. I closed that deal pleasantly and with dignity for all. Oh and yes, this experience aggravated me so much that I filed a formal complaint with Toyota US HQ.

I went to the courtesy used are department and inquired about a vehicle. After telling me I was financed they let me take the care home. After a couple weeks I received a call from them that I need to return to the dealership. Upon returning to the dealership I was told the financing fell thru and that they could not finance this vehicle for me and tried to get me to purchase a different vehicle that I did not want. I requested my car that I was trading back and they refused. They kept giving me the run around until I informed them that I would contact a lawyer. Then all of a sudden I was able to get my car back. This was the worst experience I have had at any car dealership. Beware.

I am not sure of how their sales personnel are at the actual lot, however, if you plan on utilizing the Internet, you may want to think again. Although other dealerships have the same capability, it seems that some of their Internet sales representatives feel it is too much work and become frustrated and unprofessional. I am still in the market for a Toyota, however, because of their lack of professionalism and the feeling they have left me with, I will drive out of my way to conduct business with another company. Toyota's are very good vehicles, no doubt, pricing and customer service are key to a satisfied customer, and unfortunately the pricing was somewhat decent, but the customer service was HORRID!!!!
