I went in because I was hoping to find a professional dentist who would be caring to the fear I have. After an incident during the procedure and have to say I reacted in fear wish caused me to feel on the spot and pushed me to remove a cotton from my mouth, nonetheless the way he reacted was so unprofessional. If I walked in there in fear I walked out of there petrified. I was in tears by the time I left his office. I have no choice but return to finish some things but will do so with the other dentist in the staff that I have heard very nice things about.

I have been a patient of Dr. Junca for over 8 years and I have never had a bad experience at his office. I could never smile before I had been seen by Dr. Junca and now he has given me a reason to smile. He is a very well trained dentist and his asscociates and staff are great. I recommend that you go and experience it for yourself. Dr. Junca takes pride in all his work and he is always striving for the best. I feel at ease whenever I visit his office. I know I am in good hands.

The female dentist who took care of me during my procedures was very professional and had very good bedside manners.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the office/scheduling staff. There was so much confusion each time an appointment was made. I was traveling from far (about 45 minutes 1-way) to go there, and they were uncooperative in working with me on the timeframe. Then they would cancel my appointment giving me little notice. There was also a lot of confusion about payment, too, not to mention that they were extremely overpriced compared to the other hundreds of dentists in the Orlando area.

I will not go back there nor recommend his office.
