Convenient location and knowledgeable, helpful employees. This is a great place to go, particularly if you may not be certain exactly what you need. Too often the large chains are staffed with people who don't really know what they're talking about; they just sound like they do. The folks here are the real thing. And it's always good to support local small businesses.
