I just took my puppy to CHAH for the first time for her second round of shots. (We adopted her from the Humane Society, where they gave her the first round.) I called a few days ago and was told that they are a walk-in clinic and no appointment was necessary. Today I showed up and on the door were specific walk-in hours - which did not include the time I was there. I came in and told them that when I called I was told there was no appointment necessary, and the receptionist said the doctor was there so he could see her now anyway. Because I live very near to CHAH this discrepancy was not a big enough problem to take off a star, but please call them to verify their walk-in hours if you plan to go there.

Everyone was very friendly to me and my dog, they listened to what I had to say, and took good care of her. They got us right in to see the doctor.

Also, I called a few places to see how much they charge for puppy shots and at $35 CHAH was one of the least expensive. So, not only are they very professional and friendly, they are also (thus far) inexpensive. If they continue to provide such good service and competitive prices, you can bet my dog and I will be long time customers.
