      .

My two sons and i decided to have lunch at cici's on 7-23-2010. needless to say the kids were extremely excited about about going to eat pizza and play the games. after paying and making our drinks we went to make our plates and the pizza did not look appetizing at all and it looked old, well, not fresh! i then decided to take my three year old who was saying at the time " everything here is nasty ", to play some games. the first game was a drill game. this game, you line up the drill to a hole and push the button to make the drill go forward to push the prize out of the hole. the drill went forward without pushing the button, twice! that's $.50. i then needed change so i went to the in house change dispenser. the first dollar i received 3 quarters and a nickle. that's $.75. the next dollar i received 3 quarters and a dime. that's $1.00. i went to the game room with my $2.00, well my $1.50 and put fifty cents in a race car game. as soon as i put my second quarter in the screen on the game reads " no signal". at this time i have had enough of the games at this place so i went to go see what else they have put out to eat in the past fifteen or twenty min. and to my surprise, it looks the same. i then go with my other son to play a crane game with footballs as prizes. i think we all know what happens, the games crane wouldn't have picked up a ball of cotton. this has ben the worst visit to cici's ever out of the last 8 or 10 years. my bill was $15.03. we ate 1 slice of pizza each, i ate part of a salad, and one round of soda that we did not finish.i left feeling like i was taken advantage of by knowing that if you have children and you go there to eat it is also for the games. not only did i get ripped off by the games in this establishment but by the change dispenser as well. i wonder who is in charge of overseeing of equipment? did i forget to mention that there were 2 other games that were posted out of order. in my opinion they should all have signs that read out of order.

Not my favorite tasting pizza, but on a rare occasion I take my grandchildren and they love it mostly because of the variety and the dessert pizzas. The price is practical and if it was any higher it would not be worth it but for my gang once in a while it will do ...very busy on weekends.
