I love this place, its a very clean and professional business. I go here at least 5 times a week and i wouldn't even think of going to any other gym
5i really enjoy the zumba at la fitness....its fab...there are so many great dance classes and the pool/sauna is very comfortable....i don't find it extremely crowded..the price sure is right for all the different classes ....

Located where Harris Teeter used to be, LA Fitness is a cavernous athletics-monster that has every machine and freeweight known to man. How fitting that the place where I used to buy pizza and beer is the same place I try to work off the result!
For any matter, it's as high tech and as clean as you would expect from a modern gym. I prefer it to Gold's, but what I don't like is the huge lines and the crowds of people you see. Sometimes when you sweat, you don't want the hot girl from high school to see you grunting. Everyone and their mother comes to this gym, which is both a testament to LA Fitness' popularity and a warning to those who prefer to workout alone.
PROS: Treadmills and weights galore
CONS: Everyone will be able to see that you can't bench more than 150 lbs.
