This office like the Dental One downtown doesn't provide the greatest customer service. They are always running behind. I waited for over an hour and a half for one appt. This was after I waited for over an hour at their downtown office. They don't seem to follow-up on issues they say they are going to or call you back. The endodontist and his assistant are awesome and caring, so it's unfortunate that the receptionist isn't. They don't seem very proactive on developing a care plan or schedule for patients as to when dental work is to be completed or at which office. They're way too casual when it comes to their patient's schedule or concerns.
The building is nice, clean, and every one is friendly. They make you feel so comfortable, i feel comfortable and going to the dentist is my worst night mare. They really do everything in their power to make you feel at home. plus they get your teeth squeaky clean!
