Image Salon and Spa

My name is Priscilla and I decided to try this place after reading their website I was very impressed. Not only was my color exactly what I wanted and my cut perfect the girls were amazing. I had a cup of apple cider and watched something on the tv while my color was on. This place has a contagious energy and fun. I just happened to be there last Thursday when the girls pulled a joke on another girl in the salon. I don't know what it was about but the laughter was really catching. There were a lot of people in the salon and the other girls had a man come in and pull a joke on one of the workers. I had to watch because everybody got quiet and turned off everything when he came in. Then everybody started laughing even the customers and I couldn't help laughing either and I don't even know why. It was just that the atomosphere in this salon is so relaxed, warm, friendly and inviting and the energy is overwhelming. I love my color and its the best I've had and I've been to some really expensive and uppity salons. Calling Image Salon should be the number one thing on your list of things to do. I know I will be back! Thank you for giving me such a beautiful new look.

Alma and Jennifer are super good. Two of the most talentaed hairstylists I have been lucky enough to find. Jennifer did my hair first at Image Salon but when I came back she was too busy and I got in with Alma. I loved the way Jennifer did my hair and was a little reluctant about changing but I had no choice, my roots were 2 feet long and I had a big event that evening. I was amazed at how Alma did my hair just as well. My color was beautiful, hot and sexy and my cut was bouncey and sexy. WOW - two stylists in the same shop. Now I'm not afraid to use any of the other stylists there. I did see some great highlights and cuts by the other girls while I was there. The salon is also very nice, comfy and clean. This may sound odd but among the things I liked in this salon were the nice fluffy hand towels in the bathroom. No scratchy paper towels or hot air dryers that burn my hands. There were nice towels rolled up in a basket. Its attention to the little things we, as customers, notice. Thank you. I will recommend this salon and Jennifer and Alma and I'm sure, everyone else there to everybody.

I will be more than happy to review this salon. I came to this charming and enchanting little retreat as a new client. My hairstylist was Lee and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I wanted and helped me create a new look. My cut is perfect and my color is rich with sparkle and shine. While my color was processing, I sat by a fireplace in a big wingback stuffed chair and sipped a hot apple cider with a cinnamon stick, in a cute coffee mug. The whole salon is warm and inviting with an energy all its own. I am new to the area so it is surprising that I found exactly what I want in a hair salon the very first time! I have told all my friends about this place and I very much so recommend it to everyone. Two thumbs up!

I had a very wonderful experience today with the best stylist I've ever found. Alma at Image Salon in Cumming gave me the cutest cut I've ever had. Sexy is how my hubby describes it and a very hot copper color. She is truly amazing and really knows color and cuts. A very very nice friendly and accommodating salon. I have found my salon and colorist and I'm passing it along to you. I highly recommend this salon and Alma.

Alyssa has been my stylist for years and I will never ever use anyone else. She is absolutely amazing with color. I am so happy she is back at Image Salon!! I love Image Salon and have been coming here for my waxes and now Alyssa is here! I have the very best now. The salon is beautiful and Alyssa is the best.

I am young and prematurely gray. I do not want to hide it but I want to enhance the color. I work in the art world and have no hair boundaries. My friends told me about Chelli. She has 20 plus years of color experience. We did black and white low lites and decided on a chunky bob. My hair looks gorgeous, like a work of art in itself. the price was fair considering the amount of artistry and talent. I was offered lunch and drinks while processing. I have found my stylist! Anyone who has given up on their hair or needs a new look and doesn't know where to start- START HERE! Chelli will change the way you feel about your hair! And the shop experience was a delight. Very beautiful, comfortable and pleasing. The search is over!

this girl is amazing - every time i get my hair done by jennifer i get compliments everywhere i go. the grocery store, my daughter's school, people stop and comment! it's crazy! sometimes i have to go longer between cuts or colors but it still looks great! it's like it starts morphing into another fabulous cut! she loves what she does and it shows. i have never been disappointed. she always hits the color on the head (no pun intended!) - whether you just want to freshen up your original color or go a little more dramatic she will do that for you, working with skin tone, maintenance issues, etc. she is just so good! you will not regret going to see her - she is so fun, witty & caring and wants to make you look your best! don't put it off - call her today!! :) and i love her new salon. its beautiful and the people are so nice and friendly. its convenient and always busy with fun people. you'll be glad you made the call!

It was a refreshing change to enter Image Salon and Spa. I went here for the first time last month in hopes of finding someone who could fix the disastrous and hideous color and cut I had received at another salon. Tammy seemed to know exactly what I wanted and asked a lot of questions to make sure we were on the same page. My color was superb and the cut perfect!! Most nice salons are stuffy and uncomfortable but the friendly staff and open area made me feel right at home. Wonderful location, plenty of parking, beautiful and clean facility. The only problem I can see happening is that you may have to book in advance because they were really busy unless you luck up on a cancellation. In my opinion, it is one of the best and most popular salons in the area. For overall satisfaction with your hair, prices and salon, you just can't beat this experience. - Alli

I really enjoy this salon. Each time I go it's like a party. I feel like I can be myself and I always get a fabulous cut, I've also had color and it is exactly what I want each time. If you are looking for a great new haircut or color with a hairstylist who actually listens to you and in a beautiful and comfortable setting then look no further than Image Salon, oops and Day Spa I also had a very good wax. It's very conveniently located in the shopping district. Call them and you'll never go anywhere else.

I don't normally write reviews about any kind of business because it is hard for me to put my feelings down on paper. However, I feel obliged to say a few things about the place I have my haircut. I am a regular at Image Salon and have been coming to Anita at this location nearly 15 years for my haircuts. I have never had a complaint about any of my visits, and always left feeling much better than when I came in, simply because of the fun atmosphere. The hairdressers employed here are very talented at what they do! Furthermore, from what I have observed, they care about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to achieve this. I highly recommend Image Salon to anyone who is looking for a step up in quality at a very reasonable price! Thanks Image !

I was actually referred to this place from another salon and it was very easy to navigate my way there, I had no trouble finding it at all, and upon doing so I thought the salon was remarkably charming. First off, what struck me most about the place was how very friendly and welcoming it was. It wasn't over the top friendly where you find it impersonal, but the employees and the owner are genuinely sweet and make you feel right at home. They insist that everyone should be able to afford salon services and there is no reason to charge $75 for a hair cut. I had the best hair cut I have ever had anywhere and I will be a customer forever. I'm also ridiculously joyed to have found a place to properly shape my eyebrows! That is what I originally came for but after seeing some of the amazing cuts while I was waiting, I had a cut, too.
I have been looking for a place to give me a proper brow arch like the Lebanese pop stars, and they knew exactly what I was talking about and shaped them perfectly. I have never had a more relaxing experience in a salon and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Honestly, when considering how great the service is and how reasonable the prices are it makes no sense that it even exists, but thank God it does!!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great salon, check it out!!

This place has one of the most original energies in the area. Good enough to make me want to skip late night parties and kick back with some real people. Their style is something to be admired and aspired to by all the cookie cut shops in north ga. If you want someone who will give you ideas and give you a hair style rather than a hair cut then you should definitely try this salon. My stylist let me know exactly what she was doing rather than just doing it. Great job. It's really great that such quality service is available in Forsyth county for a reasonable price and everyone should know about it.
The salon is located right in the middle of Forsyth County's shopping district, which is super convenient. I can't believe I didn't know about Image Salon and Day Spa before, but now I know I will never use another salon and Ill definitely be coming back for more services.

I hadn't had a consistant stylist for over three years, but I do now! Chelli is one of the most talented, thoughtful, and competent hair stylists/colorists I've ever encountered. She takes her time and uses her estimable talents to provide clients with a cut that is flattering and color that truly complements a clients coloring. She understood exactly what color I was looking for and how to take that concept one step further and make it fabulous. They did not push any products but recommended some in a very non threatening way, which was great and the overall price was good. I will be a loyal client and will recommend Chelli and Image Salon and Spa to all my friends and coworkers!! The salon setting is lovely, low-keyed, and doesn't have that assembly-line feel so many other spots do. Every time I go, the place is decorated a little different with beautiful furnishings. The bathroom is even spectacular. I even got my coffee with a stick of rock candy!!!! Yum!!! Just the atmosphere makes you want to be there. It just doesn't get any better!

I just moved to Georgia from New York. I'm also a refugee from the best salons in NYC: Dessange, Pierre Michel, Louis Licari, Hershberger, Bumble. I have been to at least three "high end" salons here in Cumming to get the blonde I wanted and have been extremely unsuccessful in finding a hair salon here that knows how to work with blondes (I have dropped hundreds of dollars at overpriced salons in this city and have been completely unsatisfied... so much in fact that it was cheaper and easier for me to just book a ticket back to NY every 2-3 months to get my highlights done than gamble with some horrible colorist that charges outrageous prices). But I have never been so happy with someone at a salon as I was last week with Tammy Shelton at Image Salon and Spa! I chose Image Salon after reading some great reviews and their website (and by the way, it is a great website; very, very informative with interesting little tidbits and links) Not only was Tammy one of the most pleasant colorists I have ever worked with, she was extremely talented and listened to exactly what I wanted. She has an amazing eye for color and is such a gem. She had to work me in and she stayed really late, well past closing (everyone except the receptionist, had already left), and did NOT over charge. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, and at the risk of sounding over the top, she was just outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone. I am just so happy and glad to have finally found a great place with a great, non-pretentious attitude. I also love the vibe at Image - friendly, fun, downtown-ish without being self-consciously hip, with a great staff from the receptionists to the many professionals working there. Give them a try while you can still get in!

I was browsing salon websites in cumming to find a good one since I'm new to cumming and I really liked yours. I came in last Friday and Tammy did my color. I have to say I am very very happy and you were everything your website said you were and more. You have a beautiful and informative website and I told you that when I was in the salon. I didn't think it possible that the karma could improve but in the past couple of weeks every time I walked by this place, it glows! So I finally decided to walk in and do it! Cut off all my hair. They could not fit me in so I had to make an appointment and come back. I almost lost my nerve and started not to come but something about that place just pulls me. I don't know what it is. SO I came back on monday and Krista cut my hiar. I went from long long middle of my back to a short stacked bob. I am so very happy with my haircut, its perfect! I like the set-up to, the salon has a separate dryer and shampoo room from the rest of the salon. Wow all of this and Aveda too!!! I recommend this place to everyone. Once you go in or by, you will know what I am talking about the karma and the haircuts. Cant wait to get my highlights done!

A few weeks ago I gave a review for Image Salon because I liked their service. In that review I mentioned a new salon I had gone to previously and did not like my service. I did not give the name of that salon for obvious reasons. However in light of all the new salons that have recently opened, let me just state that the new salon to which I was referring is one that has just opened in the past two months by the Avenues of Forsyth. I am still very pleased and glad I found Image Salon.

I went to Image Salon today for a color. I had never been there before but I liked the reviews I read and I phoned and made an appointment. The salon was exactly what I expected. I have never been so happy and pleased with my hair. Terri did an exceptional job, perfect color. I not only received good attention, a great cut and color, but it was extremely entertaining as well. The girls are so funny and I laughed the entire time I was there! I had never met any of these girls before but they were so warm, friendly and funny, I felt as if I knew them all. I felt right at home the minute I walked in. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

There are the obvious reasons why you should get your hair done at Image salon (expert stylists, expert colorists, long standing reputation) but I have learned why Image really rocks: ALL of the stylists! I finally found Terri from her previous salon where she was coloring my hair, and when I came in for my haircut, I asked her opinion on the coloring job I'd received elsewhere the previous day that I wasn't sure I liked. She was gentle in telling me that it probably wasn't the best look for me, among some other things that needed to be adjusted to make it look better (lightening the base and such). Obviously I was a little bummed that my $200+ coloring job wasn't being praised by anyone in Image, but a few minutes later into the cut, she rounded up a team of stylists and colorists for their opinions and all suggested how to make it work with another series of dyes. Scared at the thought of having to shell out another large sum of $ to fix my hair, Terri offered to do the coloring herself to help me save some cash. She then called another colorist over to advise with the shades and help mix the dyes and that's when I knew I was getting unprecedented service. All of the stylists and colorists went out of their way to help fix my hair when they could have just told me to go back to the previous salon for a re-do. Everyone - including me - was so excited when my hair turned out amazing. Terri's cut is, as always, the best and she did a fantastic job fixing my blondes and roots - I am so happy I found her new salon. I highly recommend this salon and especially Terri. Thanks guys!!

I've had the same hairstyle forEVER! When I finally decided to update my look, I decided I would spend whatever and go to a really good salon. I went to a new salon that had just opened in Cumming (won't mention the name) but came out realizing that salon was not all it was cracked up to be and I am definitely not a huge fan of concrete floors, I like to be reminded I'm inside not out walking on the street. The cut wasn't good and the place was like a factory. I ended up at Image Salon based on several great reviews I read on the net. The reviews couldn't have been more spot on. Krista was my stylist and she was fantastic. She listened to my ideas, and then explained exactlly what she would do. It all sounded good to me and it came out even better than I expected. She took her time and was very professional. She's fun to see and smart to talk with. She is the Diva of Design! On top of that, the salon operates like a finely-tuned machine. I tend to plan my visits in the middle of the day so I can have the relaxation it provides blend with the rest of my day. It makes going back to a stressful office actually pleasant.

For beautiful color with exceptionally natural and stunning results you can't do better than Tammy at Image Salon and Day Spa. Everyone who works there is so nice and the place has great energy. I've been to many of the "top" salon's in Atlanta and Buckhead and can't say I've had better results with anyone. She uses a technique for foils that allows for less out-growth and less damage to the hair. Instead of very unnatural stripey highlights, Tammy paints on color that elicits a very sun-kissed quality---think Giselle Bunchen's honey-hued locks--very natural and subtle but in a knock-out, what's different about you kinda way. She lightens hair gradually from root to tip, creating the ultra natural effect which mimics nature's way of lightening your hair. I like the way she takes face shape, eye color and skin tone into account when figuring out the kind of look she wants to create. All said she is brilliant! One thing to keep in mind is that she is highly booked so call ahead!

Great prices and top notch colorist. In these hard economic times, what a delight it is to find a hair stylist that can meet both of these requirements! I can truly say that "Insider Pages"came through for me again...Thank you Insider! From the really friendly desk staff to the girl who offered & brought me a selection of tea or coffee, to the yummy shampoo massage, and my artist stylist Chelli who really took time and attention & detail to my haircut, I fully enjoyed this experience. She did a FANTASTIC job on my haircut, color & style. She is Very good at what she does, and my hair never looked better, and is in much better condition as well. And her prices are very reasonable to begin with for the quality job she does. I also love that they support Locks of Love. I am very happy.... And want everybody else to know what a great find she is. If your reading this, consider yourself LUCKY to have found her!! I know I am!! All in all, I would definitely recommend this salon, and Chelli, to others, and will delightedly return for my next hair styling!

I get my hair colored and highlighted by Anita, and she does a great job. They are all so very sweet there. They have been able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and have even helped me out when I messed up my hair by coloring it myself! They are very well priced and that means a lot to me. So many other salons charge $200 plus for a cut and color and who can afford that these days. Thank you Image for making your salon a convenient and affordable top notch salon. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!

I have been to Image several times now and I have been nothing but exceptionally pleased. As an attorney, I firmly believe that the appearance of my hair contributes to the overall put-together appearance I need to present in court. I have had my hair styled and colored by many stylists in many salons, from the small walk-in salons that massacre your hair to the high end salons like Van Michael and Moda. To some, the prices at Image may seem high, but they are just perfect, especially for such quality of care. In the small salons, I found that the cuts reflected inexperienced stylists with very little insight or creativity. At the high-end salons, the stylists pretend to listen to your interests and then proceed to cut your hair the way they choose. Also, in the high end salons, you have to beat off the attempts to sell products with a very big stick. Interestingly, each time you go to one, there is another product that would be just wonderful for your hair and it will cost at least $30.
I first went to Image because I was in need of a cut and there was an available appointment, so, by chance, I got Tammy Shirley. She not only listened to what I was thinking for my hair, but she got out a couple of magazines and found a picture that encompassed my desires. Instead of the typical, "Okay!" then closing the magazine and cutting it the way she wanted, she kept the picture out and referred to it as necessary to insure that she was maintaining the integrity of my cut. Also, for the first time ever, I did not have to refuse to buy product. Tammy styles my hair in a way that does not fight its natural tendencies and for the first time in my adult life I don't require hair product. I was so happy with my hair...and remarkably, I had no upside-down "v"s , I didn't have uneven ends in the back, one side wasn't longer than the other, all of which are previous salon experiences that I have had, yes, even from high-end stylists. As my hair grew out, it retained its shape and was very pleasing. On my second visit, Tammy did highlights and a cut. This is the ONLY salon where I have been a customer and did not pay for both the color and the cut separately. That is a nice change. My color was fabulous and well worth the expense (but still much less expensive than the high end salons, even though it was also much better). I have had so many bad salon experiences as well as just "satisfactory" experiences, that Image has been a very pleasant surprise. It brings me pride and joy when I get a compliment on my hair to say "Tammy Shirley at Image Salon does it. Didn't she do a wonderful job!"

Your great experience at Image Salon starts when you step in the door and are greeted in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, and when Leigh is there, you will probably be be laughing by the time you have a seat!I have been a patron at Image for over 10 years, during which I have been given wonderful massages by Lori, and Anita has worked wonders with my hair. Anita is a warm, friendly,conscientious and kind person who always lends an ear, gives good advice and helpful suggestions. Image Salon is a place of comfort, friends and satisfaction. I have been there when older women come in for their biweekly cut and style, when young girls tearfully ask for haircut and/or color repair and when men want their cuts maintained. Also, the hair products they carry are excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and urge you to make an appointment and give Image Salon a try!

I was recommended to Image Salon by a friend with great hair and high standards. When I got there, the space was very pleasing to the eye, warm and inviting. The "client concierge" was extremely nice and there were flavored coffees, tea and hot chocolate. I went in with gray roots, and various shades of brown in the rest of my hair from home coloring after a terrible experience the last time I went to a salon. My stylist was very friendly and took a great deal of time with me to make sure that she understood what I wanted. I could not be happier with the results. I also received a paraffin wax treatment for my hands at no charge! I will never go to anyone else for hair color and highly recommend this salon.

Anita is Image Salon's color fairy! As much as I am fussy, she is awesome. She loves to be busy and always is. I've been to her several times and though I've seen her pamper her other clients as much as she does me, she completely outdid herself last time. During my color process when I told I was starving she said she'd let me know if she heard someone was placing an order out and then, minutes later, she pops up and apologetically offers me her other wrapped chicken pita! Her attention to detail is professional and intuitive, she is great at delivering exactly what I want and suiting it to my face, and knowing she'll keep me updated while she does her thing leaves me free to zone out and catch up on a mag or two, or five.. the entire salon pampers its customers to the fullest extent. Greeting them ,smiling, remembering names, offering drinks, snacks or magazines to make your stay comfortable. They offer a few lines of products and are very knowledgeable about them all and the differences between them. The newest colors are always found here,and sometimes Anita likes to make her own special signature shade. One word of advice,book ahead. Actually, all the stylists are outstanding. Each brings a different flair to your hairdo. It's fun to see the differences in what they create. The girls at the desk are absolute angels,scheduling and assisting with any needs in a smilingly gracious way.They are also very knowledgeable about the products and are happy to find the right one for you. For such a busy salon, the service is always personalized. Everyone goes out of their way here to make each customer feel special..

THE SCENE
Stepping into Image Salon is like happening upon a photo shoot. Hustle and bustle are abound; lovely women simultaneously answer phones and take your name while urban beats pulse in the background. Twinkling lights and candles sweep across giant front windows down to a shiny wood floor. Clients in black and gold smocks recline on overstuffed furniture, their hair in foils and paper while reading ritzy fashion magazines. Black Apron-clad stylists fuss over women toting expensive Gucci bags, tattooed 20-somethings, college-age girls and rugged men, as well.

THE SERVICES
A haircut here is a must, thanks to master stylists who take time for personal instruction in the art of blow-drying and styling (and who are very receptive to your personal preferences). The organic European facial is a sensual delight and includes an extensive facial massage, administered in a calming and tranquil room with a classical music backdrop and the warm stone massage is to die for. Brazilian wax is a popular treatment as well.

Image salon is located in Lakeland Plaza surrounded by great restaurants and stores to shop at. It's a charming salon with a great view from the front windows, and inside there's plenty for the eyes from the unique and talented hairstylists showings as well as the beauty lessons learned.

I've always gotten the best results when I get my hair cut there, but I also enjoy going their for the treats and fun they have for their clients...always fun and a nice touch to make it worth going there as opposed to somewhere that treats you like you're just a customer.

A few weeks ago, I was part of a wedding party there. What a treat! Hair and makeup with a very attentive staff. We all felt spoiled and very well taken care of. Highly recommend for those special occasions where just ordinary won't do.

Definitely the best hair salon in Cumming.

Image Salon and Spa is a perfect fit for me. It's unique, clean, the styling is meticulous, and the staff is thorough and perfectly accomodating. You can tell they are serious about what they do, but they don't take themselves too seriously. The salon projects a cool and confident vibe and they deliver with really beautiful looks. I've been going to Anita for years because of her great attention to detail and design and she continues to wow me with her color skills. Brilliant, talented beyond words, and so, so nice... I wish her all the best. She is a very special individual with a charm that is completely intoxicating. The salon is wonderful with the most talented and personable staff I have ever encountered. Image Salon is the best of the best.

The staff is just very friendlly in this place. They all are nice and just good people to be around, The hairstyles they do are nice, the prices are reasonable, and the place is modern and clean. Couldn't really ask for more in a salon type place. Only complaint is, you have to wait for an appointment, they are always so busy every time I call for an appointment.

Best salon in Forsyth County! Fantastic hair - great service - great prices!
This is an extremely knowledgeable and talented salon. The salon, itself, is absolutely gorgeous with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere-definitely a cut above and a refreshing change from the quiet, stiff salons you'd expect with talent like this. When you first walk in, you can just feel the warmth in the air and the receptionist will greet you with a great smile. And they know their hair! They did the most perfect color I have ever had. They used a technique in cutting my hair that I've never seen and I had such a great cut. My hair is fabulous, soft and looks so natural with a lot of depth and movement. I've had more compliments now than I've ever had. If you're looking for a new salon, or just need a change from your old, do yourself a favor and give Image Salon a try. You will be so glad you did. Ask for Chelli or Krista. They have both done my hair, but I'm sure they are all great!

It's amazing how some people just get it - my hair had been poorly cut by stylist after stylist, all insisting they understood my hair type but still failing to give me that great cut I needed. Krista definitely understands hair and color! I highly recommend going to see her, it's worth the visit.

A few months ago, I booked an appointment at Image Salon because of the insider pages and citysearch reviews and Im glad I did. First of all, its great ambiance and decor, funky fun music, relaxing and wonderful atmosphere. They have amazing stylists, who are not only extremely skilled at what they do but are friendly and are able to carry a good conversation with their customers while they make you feel so at home. My first visit met all of my expectations and more. The professionalism and expertise are amazing. They have this amazing conditioning treatment. Its a bit pricey but totally worth it!!!! It literally saved my hair. I come for weekly blowdrys too with anyone thats available and I have never been dissappointed. Tammy Shelton did a wonderful, wonderful job with my hair and gave me a young, easy to maintain, classy and sexy cut (and the other customers around me were all loving their hair too). She listened to every single thing I wanted and worked with me for over an hour to produce the kind of hairstyle Ive been dreaming of. She listened carefully to what I wanted to do and I felt like there was nothing more important to her in the world at the time other than me and my hair. She's a pro! Not only does she do excellent precision cuts, but her eye for the right style for each individual draws an exclusive clientelle that's hard to find anywhere. She was great & I felt much more cosmopolitan walking out of the salon after my haircut. When I got home my husband said it looked great & made me look younger ( a good thing!). And, if you need your brows done, Carla is the one to go to. I can't say enough nice things about this salon, and highly recommend it. And it looks like I am in the company of 371 other people who feel the same. What a refreshing change from the norm! All in all a fine salon!!!

I happened to walk in to this salon the other day looking for a new place to go. I wanted a new hair cut and I was lucky to get in. I had to wait about an hour and I almost changed my mind and left but I stayed. The chairs in the waiting room were so comfortable I didn't want to leave and the atmosphere was relaxing. I got my cut and I must say I'm so glad I stayed. It is beautiful. The hairstylist listened to me and showed me how things would look, We settled on one and it looks great. I am so thoroughly pleased that I booked my next appointment before I left so I wouldn't have to wait next time. The price was reasonable for the service I got. I would highly recommend this salon and to make your visit even better, call ahead and book your appointment so you don't have a long wait.

This is a great salon and knows their stuff. Terri is wonderful. I felt welcome as soon as i walked in and was greeted. Itwas almost like walking in my grandmother's kitchen. The whole place smelled like banana cake and pumpkin pies from the candles. And the cut I got was the best I have ever had. Terri did my color and it looks so rich natural and shiney. I love it! The whole staff is professional but not stiff. It is so relaxed. My whole experience was fun and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this salon to everyone.

This is a wonderful salon. I have gone to several salons and finally found my home. I could not be happier with Terri. She does best color Ive ever had. My hair gets more compliments since I've been going here. She listens to me and actually hears what I am saying. She went over color options with me and she really nailed my color!! It's beautiful and rich with natural looking highlights. When you call for an appointment, expect to have to wait for one but it is well worth it. I couldn't be happier. The salon is beautiful and the energetic and fun atmosphere is contagious. I'm asking my husband for a gfift certificate for Valentine's Day!

I've been goiing to Image Salon for over 4 years and Pat does my hair. She has an exceptional talent and keeps on top of the newest cuts and coloring trends. Her ability to listen and know what I want keeps me coming back. Give Pat a try and you'll never go anywhere else.

I stumbled across this salon while walking through a shopping center. The salon has a "historic" feel to it with a southern charm flavor. The people were friendly and very, very skilled. I got a fabulous cut and some wonderful conversation. Do yourself a favor and go!

I LOVE THIS SALON!! I got a gift certificate for my anniversary and had a blast! I had a great massage with Lori. She's the best. Had makeup with Carla and didn't know I can look this good. But my highlights and haircut are the best I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and funny and the salon is beautiful. You don't feel like you're in a business. It's different when you walk in it's warm or something I can't put in words. You'll just have to experience it for yourself and you'll be glad you did. Call early I had to wait to get in but I did. I didn't want to leave and I never will. Thank you so much Image Salon

What a find! I had the opportunity to visit this unique salon last week. I can honestly say I've never experienced a salon like this one. It has a sort of old world, southern charm with it's stone and brick walls, stone floor, fireplace and so much more. It has more of an historic bed and breakfast feel than a hair salon. When I made my appoinment, I had to wait a few days but it's worth it. When I arrived the receptionist took me back to a little area that had an outdoor cafe feel to it. It had a stone floor, stone wall, iron table and chairs and lamposts and such. I was served fresh coffee in a coffee mug, not a paper cup. The area across from that had a fireplace and dryer chairs. My color and cut were exceptional. My color looks like I was born with it! It is so rare to find a place with this much talent and friendly, warm atmosphere. All I can say is great work girls. You have a customer for life.

I have finally found the best salon in north georgia. I found this salon on the internet and thought I would call. I got in to get a color and a haircut. It is absolutely the best color I have ever had anywhere. And the cut is perfect. I didn't think this particular cut would work for me but my stylist Chellie chose it and it is beautiful. I've only had this cut for three days and I've already had at least 10 compliments! I love the salon too. It is charming and the girls are all so friendly. I got a really good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. It is rare that you find a combination like this. A fabulous cut and color AND a great atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You might have to wait for an appointment but it is worth the wait.
