I was surprised to say the least! I watched Dwight Eubanks on the Real Housewives and he seemed like he had it together. Maybe he does, but his business doesn't. I took my sister there since she was visiting me for the holiday. We thought it would be nice "girls time" getting nails and toes done. First off, when I called to get an appointment, no one answered. It was a fast busy signal so we thought that if we went down there we would be okay, maybe they are busy. We walked in after wading through a sea of homeless people and were barely greeted. I asked if there was a receptionist and there wasn't. There was one stylist who was nice enough to call the nail teck Terrence to try and get him to come in to do our nails (it was noon on a Tuesday). After waiting for 20 mins, we decided to leave and get our nails done at Posh Spot on Pharr Road who were nice and accomodating. A nice change from the non-service that we received earlier. Dwight should be ashamed.

Pros: The really nice homeless people out front

Cons: Everything except the really nice homeless people out front.
