I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Billy Clements. Mr. Clements was an excellent sales associate and catered to my every need! He listened, established my needs, and met my goal with pricing. I had been to Proctor in Tallahassee, and even gotten quotes from other dealerships in Valdosta, Albany, and even as far up as Tifton. Mr. Clements matched all pricing expectations and went above and beyond the service I expected!! I traded in a 2006 Nissan Altima, and it was paid off within weeks, despite reading other reviews on here. The dealership was certainly outdated, but, more than made up for it by proving that low overhead means Hondas are cheapest in Thomasville!!

I bought a S2000 CR from this dealership on the internet 2 months ago. The internet sales manager wrote me a guarantee that the exterior of the car is flawless. When the car arrived, it had scratches on every body panel. I am in the process of filing complaints and taking legal action against this dealer. I would not buy a car from this dealer again (obviously.)

My wife and I bought our first Honda CR-V from this dealership. They handled my trade in fine and I did not have any problem getting my tag or any other information. My dad also bought a new Honda Accord a few days prior to my purchase and had a great experience too! I have not tried the service department yet but my Dad was very pleased with what work he got done. Billy Strickland (Internet Sales Manager) was very helpful & knowledgeable. I will be buying my next Honda from this dealership!

My wife was "hit on" by a member of the service department. This is under the new ownership. They are passing it off as a problem created by a cleaning company they use. Customer service is horrible.

Rumor has it the dealer is in extreme financial trouble. A friend of mine traded in a vehicle that still had a loan outstanding and after a month that loan had not been paid off by the dealer and my friend had to make a payment on the vehicle HE HAD TRADED in otherwise it would have affected his credit. Beware this dealer.

I believe the dealer should have a clear title before the car is sold to another customer. We purchased our vehicle in May 2009 and it has been two months and still no title or paperwork so we can get a tag. We have had to renew the temporary tag twice now.

I purchased a Honda Fit Sport two months ago and paid taxes, title, etc. for Florida. After one month I called and was told the checks were on the owner's desk. They over nighted me another temporary tag. It is now expired and I have called three days and the Manager never answers or returns my calls. The tag office called yesterday and they have not returned theirs either, Now, I have no tag for my car. What recourse do I have when nobody there will return calls and I have paid close to $900 to them. This kind of service is giving the dealership a bad reputation.

Two months ago I bought a 2009 Honda CR-V and I still do not have my paperwork that they promised me for my tag work. I was told by one of the sales people that the accounting office is not allowed to send the title work with the check. Now, I'm wondering why since I paid for the vehicle already. I attempted to buy a car here and even put down a deposit for the salesperson to find a car which was not in stock (I wanted manual transmission, only automatic in stock). Even then, the salesperson did not call me back! I eventually had to go there and demand my money back. I returned to the dealership about a year later to see a car advertised in the newspaper. I ended up purchasing this car and had a good experience with this salesman.
