I am sad to say I will never use this business again. I was recommended to them by another jewelry company who didn't fool with sterling silver rings. I went in elite to have my ring downsized. The man told me it would be done on Wednesday(I brought it in on Monday morning) and when I called Wednesday they told me it would be ready that afternoon. I couldn't get there so I waited till Thursday to call again and try picking up my ring and they told me it would be ready Friday instead. I call again Friday and the lady asked for my name. I told her my last name and spelled it twice and she told me the ring was done. I got there and she gave me a ring that didn't even belong to me and come to found out, it belonged to some other lady whose name wasn't even close to mine. They told me to come back 30 min later and my ring would be finished. I came back 45min later. My ring was STILL not done. I waited a few more min and it was brought to me unpolished and just not to my satisfaction. To make this very long story short, the people there were extremely rude. No one knew what they were talking about and they don't know how to run a business. I work in customer service and I am not one to complain, but the service I got there was terrible. And if you call and they tell you someone will call you back, its bull. Because I called to speak to a manager and was told she would call me back. I waited over an hour and no one ever called me back and it was very close to their closing time. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them.

Owner/jewler very nice. He fixed my engagement ring after 3 other out-of-town jewlers could not fix it. Was not cheap but it was woth it. I would definitely go back to this store. Sales people friendly also.

I have been there on two occasions. Great shopping experiences and everyone was so helpful. Also, the ring I had designed is stunning, well worth checking them out.

First time there and had a really good experience with them. I called them to find out prices for a number of things on the to-do list, before we decided to go there.
1) Take a few links out of my husband's new watch (purchased online elsewhere that would've taken links out for free, but I would've had to pay to ship it back to them and for them to ship it back to me), Elite quoted $5, very reasonable, but once there, they suggested moving a pin to make it smaller and at pay time told us no charge.
2) They figured out what was wrong with my 10 year old Rolex (the minute and hour hands won't move, so it makes a click sound every time the second hand passes 12). It needs new movement assembly and I know this is not going to be cheap, but I love this watch for the look of it and for sentimental reasons. Plus, it's a Rolex. Fixing it has got to be cheaper than buying a new one, right? (fingers crossed) They can send it off for an estimate at no charge, no work will be done until I authorize it after getting the estimate and there won't be any charge if I decide against having it fixed and want it back. I had previously checked with 3 other places that wanted $10-$20 just to send it off for an estimates so, I'm quite pleased with that.
3) I also need a new battery in it and that will be $8, installed, which I think is pretty reasonable after hearing what other jewelry stores want just for that.
I don't really ever do these reviews, but when I got home, I saw that the page was still up where I had looked up their ph# and noticed the poor review and just thought I'd post my positive one. And I did find it a little suspect that the previous person's review talked about the price of sizing a ring, but not about whether she needed an up-size or a down-size. I recently had my engagement ring/wedding band sized up 3 sizes as well as fixed (at a different jeweler) from when I had to have them cut off my finger and that came to about $60 due to them adding more gold. I imagine down-sizing is much cheaper as there's no added materials.
So, overall my experience with them was very positive.

WAY overpriced on everything. Salesperson not very friendly. Maybe they were having a bad day. A ring sizing was over 40.00 and was going to take over a week. They just didn't seem into what they were doing.
