This body shop is a outstanding place for collision repairs. ive done many wheel alignments for them. I do alignment work for other body shops as well. Out of all of the body shop cars i have worked on...these guys know there stuff pretty good as far as suspension damage goes.... if you have a crash...this is the place to go.

My car needed front end work after car accident. After R.C. repaired it and returned it to me on a Friday evening, they said "If you find anything we missed, or something that concerns you, bring it back and we'll take care of it." Well, I found a few minor issues. 2 were so minor I hated to mention them. But true to their word, they went above and beyond to grant my requests. They never rolled their eyes, or seemed to act like I was bothering them. They completely understood, and there are not many places I have found that will stand by their word like this. Thanks Rosebud Collision!

I've had the good fortune of doing business with Rosebud Collision for several years. They've had fair pricing and good work each time I've gone in with several repairs to my own car and good reports from friends I've referred there. They were also very fair and patient working with my grandfather after two separate accidents (I'm hoping there won't be more, but if there are, I'm sure he'll go back).

I needed some repairs to my old El Camino, and I asked around some for a good place. Some of my friends told me that Rosebud was the place to go. Well, I live in Atlanta, so it wasn't all that close, but boy am I glad I took the time to take it up there. The service was good from start to finish. They took the time to talk to me about what my options were, explained my insurance options to me, and then gave my a list of options I could elect to do or not -- no pressure.

You can tell that they actually care about your car.

I can't believe all the negative reviews posted about Rosebud Collision. Given that they are all posted around the same date (5/17/10), I would take these reviews with a grain of salt - perhaps a disgruntled ex-employee posted them.

Regardless, my experience with Rosebud Collision was nothing short of fantastic. For many people, such as myself, a vehicle is the second most valuable possession behind their home. Having a car accident can be a traumatic thing when you're still making payments, paying for insurance, etc. When I got rear-ended hard by a teenager texting while driving, I was not looking forward to the back-and-forth between myself, the bodyshop, and the insurance company. Luckily, my insurance agent suggested I try Rosebud as they are one of their preferred bodyshops and they have a long-standing relationship with them. I'm glad I did. When my car was towed in late in the afternoon, there was an estimate written by Brandon on the very next morning. He called me and talked me through the repairs. The insurance company only wanted to pay for a used rear bumper, and Brandon said he'd be able to get a new bumper directly from Acura for the same price. Both Melody and Brandon kept me apprised of the repair process several times over the week that my car was there.

When I picked up my Acura, I was blown away. It looked brand new. I could not tell a difference. Between the level of service provided and the quality of work performed, I could not recommend Rosebud Collision more highly. Their customer-centered business model works very well, and they have exceeded my expectations.

Rosebud is near my uncle's house, so I came here first to get a repair estimate. After waiting for forever in the waiting area, a guys named Brandon finally looked over my car with me. He quoted me a price of $550 to repair and repaint my frame, and he was really insistent and tried to pressure me to hurry up and make a decision. He seemed nice, but I wanted to get other estimates before I committed to any one place. I ignored his persistent hard sell, and thanked him and told him I would get back to him after I got estimates from a few other places. When I told him this, he immediately told me he could give me a special deal for that moment only and he automatically dropped the price to $450. I was tempted, but I got a bit suspicious.

Anyway, you can probably tell where this story is going. I checked in with THREE other body shops, and they all gave me estimates between $300-$350 for the SAME work as Rosebud.

Now I resent these shysters for trying to RIP ME OFF. Don't waste your time with these scam artists, and don't fall for their pressure sales tactics!

Do you like being lied to? If so, please make sure to take your car to Rosebud for all repairs.

My wife was in an accident with her brand new VW and our insurance company had Rosebud listed as a preferred provider, so we had the car taken there. We were told it would be about six weeks until it was repaired; we finally got the car back about 3 1/2 months later. Up until just a day or two before or original due date, we got calls from Rosebud saying that everything was on track and it would be ready as promised. Not until just before it was supposed to be ready did they disclose that they were still waiting on parts and that it would be 'just another week or so.'

And a week came and went. The parts still weren't in, but 'they've been shipped!' Yet they never seemed to arrive, because we continued to hear how they weren't in.

Finally, the parts arrived. Now all they had to do was make the last couple of fixes. But that wasn't the end, they still had to reset the airbags. Somehow, resetting the airbags took over a week on it's own. And then the painting. Needless to say, that was more time though the paint looked Fantastic.

Finally, it wasn't until I went down and confronted them in person that they released the car to me (they had quit taking my phone calls by this point). When we got it back and opened a rear door, the door jammed up and the car had to go back; they had screwed up the body alignment.

Just to be clear; it was a big wreck, sometimes parts take longer to come in than anticipated. I understand these things and I would have been okay if they just admitted it and had given me a reasonable estimate. As is every time they promised a delivery date, they failed to actually deliver and continued to lie about when it would be ready. Never again will they get any of my, or my insurance companies, money.

Please do NOT bring any vehicles to this shop! I know for a fact that this owner and his wife bully and verbally abuse their workers. I am going to the State of GA to request an investigation. These workers are constantly abused, have no benefits, are taken advantage of day and night all because of the economy and the owner's wanting to do nothing for customers other than fatten their own wallets.

My neighbors daughters car was hit in one of the UGA parking lots right before she came home last semester and they needed a company to fix the bumper quickly before she had to go back to school. This company did a great job at ordering the necessary parts and doing the body work quickly so she could get back to school.
