I am very pleased with the service I have received here. I did not feel judge by anyone for my bad credit history. They took the time to make sure that I got a truck that fit in my budget. It has been over a year now and I have not had any issues.

Well i purchase a car from these CROOKS about a month ago!! And they are very racist people!! I only had my car about 2wks and i went out of town for the wkd,so on my way back that Sunday evening soon as i reach Atlanta the car jump and the check engine light came on and it said check transmission!! I was so mad but i did make it home. I couldnt wait til Monday morning came so i could call because when i sign the papers they said give me a call if u have any problems because we stand behind our cars! Thats a damn lie they have been giving me the round around this time and expect me to keep making payments on this car!! I will not hell i cant even get to work to even make any payments now they have repossed the car and want me to pay all this money to get it back hell the mf dont even work!! So i advise noone to purchase a car from this place!! If u ask me they need to go out of business and yes they need to be put on the news!!
P.s. What do yall think because i strongly believe i have a good case to take them to court and win!!

Credit Nation's rep in McDonough was nice. After I got the car, within 2 weeks, it began to squeak when I made a turn. I called McDonough and was told to go to the Austell location. They said they couldn't fix it until I made a payment. I told them the payment was due Friday and it was Monday less than 2 weeks of purchasing the car. Ms Ashley was rude and does not deserve to work in Customer Service

Mspamela36 is right. I bought a nice, clean, dependable Kia from Credit Nation a few months ago. When I walked into the dealership, the managers and salesmen couldn't have been nicer. I was in and out within a few hours, and spent the following weeks raving about the surprisingly pleasant experience to my co-workers and friends.

But then my insurance lapsed. It lapsed at 12am Sunday night, and I went to an Insurance agency early Monday morning to set up a new policy. All in all, I was without insurance for a total of nine hours, tops. In my mind, that was it! Problem solved! Now all I have to do is call Credit Nation before the end of the business day and give them my new information.

Later that day, as I'm leaving work to go to lunch, I notice my car is missing. I immediately call Credit Nation and I'm told that the car was repossesed because it was uninsured. I was furious. I told the agent, "Yes, my insurance lapsed at midnight, but I obtained a new policy before I even came to work this morning. The paper work was IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT when you took my car!!"

Her response was a cold, emotionless "Well you should have called us. Now you'll have to come out to the dealership and pay a $300 reposession fee (in addition to my next car payment)."

I ended up having to pay those crooks nearly $500 before they'd turn my car over to me. It was an expensive lesson to learn, but now I know: Credit Nation doesn't give a damn about their customers. And they almost seem to get some sort of sadistic charge out of watching you agonize over having to fork over money that you clearly can't afford to pay.

Credit Nation basically delivers what I would expect from a buy here pay here dealership. You have less than stellar credit, you get a less than stellar selection of cars, less leniency and you have to pay more. It is what it is. In terms of customer service, the staff has always been extremely friendly with me. I've had my car for about 4 months now and it runs just fine. The only complaint I have is making payments can be pretty inconvenient in my opinion. I don't live close to the dealership, so it's not convenient at all for me to drive there and make a payment. You can make a payment by phone, but only during business hours; but I'm typically working during their business hours and it's often difficult to get away to make a phone call, plus they don't accept bill pay from your bank either. So, basically the only free options they have are in person, or over the phone during business hours. If they would provide some type of online payment option all would be perfect and I would have no complaints at all.

Look, I know I don't have the best credit or I'd be looking at a new car with 0.9% financing - it's just not in the cards for me right now.

Credit Nation sold me a car that I could afford and finance. Nothing more or less. I make my payments on time or a couple days before and carry the state required insurance. Guess what?! My car doesn't get reposessed!

I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sleezy car company. My bank account is what it is and they didn't make me feel bad about it. They laid it out - this is what you can afford and this is what we're comfortable financing you. Can't beat that. At least they weren't trying to upsell me into something I can't afford.

Sounds like some other reviewers had a problem with the car or the terms that they bought into...no one forced you to sign that dotted line! My advice - know the terms of your arrangement and make your payments - you'll be just fine at Credit Nation.
